Jul 14,2021After two postponements we finally made the trip of a lifetime. We worked with a travel agent thru Zicasso. The travel agent was outstanding. They really listened to us when we were planning our trip. They got to know as people and not just a potential sale. Every guide, driver, sub contractor were perfect. No hitches whatsoever. Highlights were helicopter ride over Victoria Falls, sunrise tracking lions in Botswana, fabulous restaurants in Cape Town. This is our third trip thru Zicasso. All have been outstanding.

Everything was perfect and we had an amazing time. I would add that we made it qll happen in 3 weeks. Not a detail was missed. I wouldn't hesitate to use Zicasso again for our next vacation.

It's so easy to use and I would never have found a travel specialist with such destination expertise on my own. Jul 01,2021Contacted Zicasso concerning trip to Menorca, Spain in 2019. They helped me arrange the trip with walks around the island on the Cami de Cavalls, and swims along the beautiful beaches and blues waters of both the south and north coasts. A lovely trip with stays in the harbors of Cuitadella and Mahon, and another near Son Bou on the south coast. Highly recommend Menorca as a fantastic holiday adventure, and Zicasso's travel for helping us get there.

Our trips to Nepal and Tanzania were life changing. The Zicasso site is easy very user friendly. I trust the agents Zicasso has carefully chosen to represent their brand. We are thinking of planning a trip to Thailand in 2023 and will definitely use Zicasso again. In addition, we have recommended Zicasso to many friends and family and will continue to do so in the future.

Jun 17,2021Booked a trip to Australia and New Zealand for Feb. 2020. While in Australia, covid hit and New Zealand was closed to visitors. Canceled the remaining part of the trip and flew back to the USA. To make a very long story short, we were unable to get any refund. I would not recommend this company for any of my future travels.

Private, seamless itineraries highlighting the history and culture of each destination. Our trip to Egypt had many speed bumps due to Covid-19 and we had zero issues thanks to the highly rated agencies Zicasso works with.
