We had not been to Central America before and out travel agency was so easy to work with taking our wants and needs into consideration, which can be difficult when you don't know what you're trying to communicate is being understood by the agent who you don't know and vice-versa. Our agent got it all and perfectly. We had wonderful accommodations, all drivers were exactly on time, informative, pleasant and knowledgeable. Exceptional service!

Apr 01,2021I booked a family trip with zicasso for last June 2019, what i thought was going to be a trip of a life time for my family of 8 and then COVID happened. I cancelled my trip within the 90 days in which their documentation says I’m entitled to a FULL REFUND. Ever since then i have been trying to get my deposit back from this company but I’ve had absolutely no luck. I send them emails every other day about this pandemic and how its not my fault that this happened but they do not care. They refuse to listen and refuse to refund our money. My family is out 5000. Money we can use right now to pay bills but they don’t want to listen. We’ve all been impacted by this pandemic, I’ve been out of work myself and for a company like this to keep our money is disgusting. They sent me a voucher for 2021 however Europe is in another lockdown and they think I’m going to expose my family to this risk?! I am appalled with he lack of action and compassion this company has in a crisis like this. I DO NOT recommend ever trying to plan a trip with this company.

Nov 13,2020My wife and I had a wonderful experience with both the travel company recommended by Zicasso and our 9 day tour within Costa Rica. The travel agents that helped to organize and plan the trip were very friendly and easy to contact by either phone, WhatsApp or e-mail. They gave good recommendations for places to visit and sights to see during our stay, and were very accommodating when travel plans were forced to change a couple of different times during the period when COVID-19 restrictions prevented travel. Once international travel was finally allowed, the agents quickly arranged great accommodations, tours and transportation that allowed us to see the locations in Costa Rica we desired for our 30th wedding anniversary. The travel agency was easy to contact during our stay, and one of the agents stayed in touch periodically to ensure our travel was going smooth. We were very happy with how the trip went, and the support received from the agency before and during our travel and the willingness to provide advice regarding travel insurance and air travel as well. Our entire trip went very smoothly and 100% as planned. There were so many enjoyable moments packed into our 9 day itinerary, but I'd say the most memorable parts of our trip were being able to meet so many nice and friendly people along the way. Although Costa Rica was struggling with COVID-19 restrictions (masks, social distancing, reduced tourism, etc), it was a great blessing for us to have much more personal contact with tour guides, drivers, waiters, lodge staff and others along the way than we would have experienced if there were more tourists in the country. We had one Lodge in Tortuguero practically to ourselves, another in La Fortuna was very peaceful and quiet, and the Hotel in Manuel Antonio had an absolutely wonderful tropical setting overlooking the Pacific. Highlights from our trip included personal tours of the Tortuguero National Park canals, finding and escorting a newly hatched sea turtle to the sea, learning better Spanish from our many waiters and tour guides, a personal zip line tour over the tropical forest, a personal Mangrove kayak tour, and a personal tour of an organic farm with an opportunity to cook and eat local food in La Fortuna. Friendly surprises by our travel agent and the hotel staff provided additional enjoyable memories during our travel, such as being treated to a dinner "on the house" in a private wine cellar setting and receiving gifts of wine, special treats, wedding anniversary celebration cards, and a surprise candle-lit setting arranged within our room. The ocean view room at Manuel Antonio that was arranged by our travel agent had spectacular views of the ocean and gave us opportunities to see and hear native wildlife, including monkeys, birds and sloths on the property. We also appreciated that our agent arranged private travel to each of the main locations of our visit that was always prompt and on time. We enjoyed getting to chat with the drivers during our tour (again, no others were with us due to COVID limiting tourists), especially the gentleman who drove long hours on four different days to get us to our different destinations. The most difficult part of the travel preparation process was quickly finishing the itinerary once we knew we could actually travel, and then completing the necessary paperwork and COVID testing to enable flying and entry into Costa Rica. For future travel, we would explore going to different locations within the country and doing different types of tours. Hopefully COVID restrictions will be lifted for future travel, but we did not get impacted much by restrictions while in the country (other than constant mask wearing and inability to visit one location). We did enjoy having personal drivers during this trip, which helped us focus on enjoying the country with less need to do daily planning of activities and schedules. In the future, if we desired more flexibility or reduced cost, we might consider the possibility of doing more exploring on our own using a rental car or utilize other guided tours. However, I can't think of any changes we would have desired for this particular 30th wedding anniversary trip.

Sep 25,2020Using the Zicasso website, I was offered two different Croatia itineraries--both were good, but one was better than the other. This is the beauty of Zicasso, they reach out to specialists for that particular country, so you don't have to do the extra keyboard work. This was my first trip using this service (I had other itineraries priced out and ready to go, but then covid hit) and I will continue to use this service for my travel to places that I'm not already familiar with.

Their advice's and recommendations while finalizing tour and excursion was amazing. Their travel agent took care of our needs and requirements and planned a best trip for us. I am still thankful.

A few companies got in touch, offered amazing looking trips and we picked the best choice for us. The company we ended up going with, Infinite Morocco, was truly incredible. Don't hesitate to give Zicasso a try, you'll be glad you did!

Mar 20,2020Great experience using Zicasso. I was very pleased with the tour company in India they connected me with. It's definitely a little unnerving sending money to someone halfway around the world, not knowing who you are dealing with or what kind of service you will ultimately receive. Zicasso reassured me they had done their due diligence and offered assurance that they would provide insurance against fraud or default on the part of the local tour company. My tour in India went as smoothly as I could have ever hoped. I would use them again (in fact, I will most likely do so).

I cannot adequately put into words our thankfulness for learning about and using the services through Zicasso for this trip. I am absolutely positive that if we’d done this trip on our own, that, it would’ve still been wonderful...but not nearly the trip we had,....Zicasso took all the possible concerns away. The focus of our trip was FUN. We definitely were SUCCESSFUL thanks to Zicasso!

Mar 20,2020I was surprised to find the service provided by Zicasso. Pleasantly surprised I should say! The process is that Zicasso will provide you with two travel agents that draft an itinerary for you — calls are held with both of the travel agents to adjust the itinerary or gain additional insights regarding the trip...and then you make the final decision. You provide Zicasso with the location, length of stay and estimated budget.... and they find two travel agents to provide quotes. It was easy and I loved my trip to Morocco and my travel agent and team!
