I went to Australia, New Zealand and Fiji with friends and the site connected me with Jillian at Uniquely New Zealand Travel who did a fantastic job. She made traveling to three different countries in two weeks so simple - she arranged visas, booked flights and airport transportation, set up sightseeing tours and best of all booked the most beautiful accommodations that I would never have found on my own. Jillian even checked in with us regularly while we were traveling. I was really stressed when I was trying to plan this on my own and Zicasso made this so easy to find an agent that was helpful and trustworthy. I would absolutely recommend the site and Uniquely New Zealand Travel if you're thinking about going down under!

Jan 01,2020Normally I love trip planning, but when we decided to take a 3 week journey to Australia I got a little overwhelmed with the logistics . Three weeks seemed like plenty of time until we started to investigate all the wonderful sites Australia has to offer and how very far apart they are. I contacted Zicasso and was extremely pleased with the outstanding service they offer. I was immediately put in touch with 2 travel agencies who are experts in Australia and New Zealand . The agent I chose exceeded every expectation about what a bespoke experience could be. She put together an amazing trip after spending hours exploring all the options with us. We just returned from this trip and it was fabulous. I am in the process of planning another trip with Zicasso and my experience is similar. I highly recommend them!

Dec 13,2019The nearly immediate responses from Zicasso, and the subsequent follow up from the two recommended tour companies were the first indications that we were going to have an exceptional trip! While we had anticipated getting referrals to 3 agencies, the two we were matched with were so distinctly different in their approaches to travel planning and client interactions, we were truly able to choose exactly what we wanted. Both agencies were exceptionally knowledgeable about the area of interest, including the logistics of multi-destination travel within a large geographic area. During our trip, we became very aware of the importance of this knowledge. We couldn’t give a more glowing review of our trip, the travel agency and the travel specialist that assisted us. We are already planning a trip to a different part of the world with friends, and will be using Zicasso again to match us with what we know will be the best tour companies available for the area.

Dec 13,2019Zicasso set me up with a fabulous tour company. Our Zicasso contact from the beginning was attentive and good at correspondence. He helped my husband and I created an amazing private tour. It was smooth sailing from day one. We were met at the Cairo airport and taken care of including visas on the spot. Our driver was so sweet and always had a huge smile. Our Mena House Hotel by Marriot with Pyramid view was gorgeous! Our tour guide in Cairo was so knowledgeable and helpful. Nothing was too big an ask as she helped us get our huge lamp and vase shipped back to the states. The pyramids, temples, tombs and camel ride was like being in a movie. Cairo is a must do for anyone who loves history. Our domestic flights were all on time. Our first flight was to Aswan. The hotel Cataract by Sofitel was stunning with view of the Nile and pool. The room was as big as an apartment and had a huge balcony. This was the hotel in the Agatha Christie movie Death on the Nile and is simply beautiful. Our guide and driver in Aswan were great. They even helped us find a wine store wholesaler so we could get stuff for our cruise. We flew a quick 1/2 hour flight to Abu Simbel to see Rames II and Nefertiti tombs...Ah-mazing! The guide/driver and in Abu Simel were fun. The Cruise was on the Sanctuary Sunboat IV and was very nice with delicious food. Wine and beer was reasonable. The itinerary each day was great. With a fantastic staff and ratio of guest to crew. Our Egyptologist was a wealth of information during our 4 days. This is the only part of our tour we had others in our group. The other 8 people were lovely and we even put them on our Christmas card list. Luxor was an early day with an amazing hot air balloon ride at sunrise, worth the early day. We met our tour guide for a half day tour of the Valley of the Kings and Queens. He was very knowledgeable and you can tell he loved his job. The driver and him took us to the Steinberger hotel for lunch and to relax before catching our next domestic flight back to Luxor. Lunch at the Lebanese restaurant at Hotel was so good and the facilities first class. Next we flew back to Cairo and went directly to the Four Seasons First Residence for the rest of our two night stay. They gave us an upgrade to the top floor. We had a cool view of the zoo off our balcony. The staff are lovely and the rooms exactly as you would expect at this 5 star hotel. Cloudlike bedding, luxury finishes and French bath products. Breakfast was amazing and varied. Nothing too big an ask from the staff. Loved our tour and the ease with which Zicasso operated from start to finish. Will use them again without hesitation. If your on the fence don’t be. They run a first class operation. Enjoy!

They arrange the trip with a local company that has been reviewed by them. The local company is also important as they know the country and also can easily be reached in case of any unpredictable issues. We have been very satisfied with their services.

Dec 03,2019I found Zicasso when I began looking into planning a trip to Argentina for our 30 year wedding anniversary. I liked the idea of a company helping me find the best travel agents/agencies in country to work with. The site had some "package" options which helped me get an idea of what we might want to do. The best part was being able to tailor our trip to what we wanted. We had a great mix of private and small group tours and some free days built in. We ended up also going to Chile and spent a total of two weeks in South America. Our travel agent checked in with us throughout to ensure we had made it to our next destination and we were enjoying ourselves. When we had a little hiccup in Chile, he quickly took care of things. We can't say enough about the quality and customer service we experienced. I keep telling people about Zicasso and hope they take advantage of my recommendation. We've already booked our next trip to Europe with my parents next year and are experiencing the same quality planning and care. Thank you Zicasso!

Nov 27,2019Zicasso delivered on its promise to introduce me to excellent travel agents who specialized in the kind of travel/adventure I was looking for! Within 24 hours two agents had contacted me and within a few days, I had Skype meetings with each. A detailed proposed itinerary from both followed shortly thereafter. If anything, it was difficult to choose between the two agents I was introduced to. I was a little skeptical to do all of this online, but each agent provided references that I could contact directly. I followed up on that and from there had the confidence to proceed - and I am so glad I did. I had the trip of a life time with my 80 y.o. father and his wife in Thailand. It was a trip I was hesitant to organize on my own having never been there before and little margin for things going sideways given my travel companions. Thanks so much to Zicasso and our wonderful agent!

Nov 22,2019We just got back from a wonderful trip that we planned with the help of Zicasso. They referred us to two different agents that specialized in the area we were traveling ( Australia, New Zealand, and Bora Bora). Both presented good proposals based on what we wanted to do. The one we chose did an excellent job coordinating all the flights, transportation, tours and accommodations. He provided very helpful information prior to our trip and was accessable during the trip if we needed. One of our tours did get cancelled due to weather and he immediately contacted us and refunded our money. We were able to schedule a wine tour in place and everything turned out great!

Nov 21,2019We have used Zicasso twice now for trip planning (Kenya and Tanzania in 2016, Bhutan and Nepal this year). Both times, the companies they have referred for us have been great! The only trouble we had was choosing which agencies to use, as they all offered us amazing options. Zicasso will definitely be the first site I visit when planning future bespoke vacations!

Nov 21,2019Zicasso worked very well for my wife and I. We needed to run a half marathon in Europe as part of our quest to run a half marathon on each continent. We selected a race in the Italian Alps, but then needed to create a tour. We read about Zicasso providing clients custom tours. Zicasso connected us with two different travel agencies. Each offered their interpretation of how to tour the region before and after the race. One company had very creative ideas and we experienced an awesome vacation. Zicasso checked with us through out the planning process and their guarantee that the vacation would occur gave us an element of assurance. This was a very positive experience and we greatly appreciated this custom tour.

Nov 19,2019We decided we wanted to go to Belize, but wanted to go in style. We had some particular constraints on our trip, but also wanted good advice on what to see and where to go. We really only were familiar with the snorkeling in Belize. We provided our desires for the trip, and our budget, and we got two proposals that were really interesting. In the end, we were super happy with the travel agent we connected with through Zicasso. She designed a perfect trip. Her suggestions of different regions helped us really experience Belize. And it was so easy. I think I would have spent weeks searching for a travel agent on my own. And I would have worried about whether or not they would deliver. Zicasso not only connected us with the right travel agent, we felt like we could really trust her as the agency had been vetted. We will definitely be using Zicasso for our next trip!

I didn’t know much about them except for the reviews I read prior to booking but I have to say, every detail of our trip was customized to our wishes and all the hotels and excursions were top shelf. I highly recommend them for any vacation you are planning and we will definitely use them again in the future!

Zicasso asked for my need and then put me in touch with a travel agency, the service was great and we really enjoy the trip. I would use Zicasso for my next trip and recommend other to use Zicasso as well.
