Took no more than 15 minutes to outline our desired vacation in Italy on their website and received draft itineraries within a day or two. The draft itineraries that were presented by the curated travel experts (or travel designers as they call themselves) were professional and matched our requests. We selected one of them and proceeded to fine-tune the itinerary to our hearts content. The entire process leading up to the vacation was as equally stress-free as the vacation itself. We are grateful to have come across Zicasso and would wholeheartedly recommend them to travelers looking to explore countries they have never visited before. Our experience was absolutely delightful.

Because she knew no one personally who could help with Central Europe, she advised us to head to the Zicasso website. After answering a few simple questions, Zicasso put us in touch with with Jared at JayWay Travel who helped us plan a memorable trip through three cities in Poland, Prague and Vienna. Accommodations, excursions and eating and drinking ideas were all handled with ease. And having a local JayWay contact in Krakow who answered every text and email expediently was a bonus! We will not hesitate to use Zicasso again and have already recommended it to several of our friends!

Aug 25,2019Our trip to Peru was amazing. Victoria set us up with private drivers throughout the trip so we never had to worry about a thing. Both her and her husband John were also fantastic tour guides throughout the trip. The additional guides they provided us with in locations outside of Cusco were also some of the nicest and knowledgeable people I have met. They gave us plenty of time to explore each site and were extremely accommodating when it came to my father-in-law that doesn't have the greatest mobility. Would highly recommend them for anyone that wants to travel to Peru.

Aug 22,2019We recently took a trip to Italy. It was a 3 city tour that was compassionately organized by Zicasso’s partner Italy Luxury Travel. Our overall experience was nothing but fabulous!! When I say fabulous, it started with month long planing and making number of changes to the itinerary without any fuss. In further, they arranged for us five starts hotels, chuffed driven luxury cars and experienced English speaking guided throughout our journey. What more one can ask for? After experiencing the ease of trip planning with Zicasso, I am left only to say "why didn't someone come up with this idea a long time ago?" I am an experienced traveler, domestically and internationally, but I lack the time or patience to plan every detail of a trip with multiple destinations. Plus, no matter how much time I invest, I know I can never learn as much as an experienced local travel agent already knows. Zicasso is perfect for this! The service provided two potential travel agents each of whom, based on the summary information I provided, responded promptly with a preliminary travel plan. We selected one of the agents, and then proceeded to scope out a more detailed itinerary that was well suited to our desires and time limitations. The agent was remarkably responsive, given the time difference between their office in Manchester and our home in the U.S. Pacific Northwest. Our driver (one of the principals of the agency) picked us up on the appointed day and escorted us throughout the six day journey. The sights, hotels and restaurants the agent selected were all excellent and precisely within the range we requested. I think Zicasso's service of vetting agents in other countries is invaluable. It gives the traveler confidence that the agent is competent and that the fees for the booking are secure. I found the platform easy and convenient to use, and I absolutely would use it again for future travel.

Aug 17,2019My wife and I wanted to visit our daughter, who is working with the Peace Corps US in Botswana. I attempted to put together a trip on my own, but found myself quickly overwhelmed. In frustration, I googled "best way to plan a trip to Botswana." This is how I found Zicasso, and what a great discovery! It was so simple: I entered where I was traveling, my travel dates, the number of people in my party and my approximate budget. In no time, I was contacted by travel agencies that worked with me to hone my choices. The agency I eventually chose put together the 2-week trip of a lifetime, working out all the details and making all the arrangements. Their responsiveness to our inquiries and their itinerary inspired confidence, their planning was spot-on, the lodges they picked were perfect, the pre-trip information they supplied was invaluable, and entire package really made the whole experience stress-free. I honestly feel that we could not have had the trip we did without Zicasso. Our transfers and border crossings were seamless, accommodations were first-rate, the meals were beautifully prepared and presented, the staff and guides at the lodges were all incredibly accomplished, knowledgeable, gracious and friendly, and we made friends with delightful people from all over the world. The numerous safaris we went on were much more than just seeing groups of animals. As a result of our incredible guides, we were able to witness the everyday lives of these beautiful creatures. For example, we watched for more than 30 minutes two hippos fighting for dominance in the Chobe River. We came across a pride of lions and watched as the dominant female tried to lure a pack of warthogs out of some tall grass toward the pride (unsuccessfully) and then welcomed back with “love bites” and “hugs” from the other lions for a grand attempt. We saw a leopard guarding the remainder of its kill that it had hung in a tree to eat later. We watched a hippo “soap opera” where a mother and her baby asked for permission to enter a stream but were denied by males already in the water. They then entered up stream 30 yards away. We watched as two groups of elephants, first the bachelors and then the families with small babies, swam across the Chobe in order to take a mud bath on the opposite shoreline. We came across a litter of wild dog pups waiting for breakfast, and then watched as their parents went on a hunt to feed them. We watched as a wake of vultures hissed and fought with each other over a buffalo carcass. We saw gorgeous sunrises and sunsets, stars like we never get to see here at home, and vast vistas filled with animal herds as far as the eye could see. Because of Zicasso, we experienced Africa in a way that would not have been possible on our own. As a result, I am now a big Zicasso fan, and will definitely use them again!
