Oct 10,2019I have used Zicasso three times and would recommend them when you need to find a travel agent for a specific trip. I do a lot of my own travel planning. However there are times when the logistics of a trip get complicated or when you want a personal guide. Zicasso has put me in touch with three different travel agents on three different continents. All did an excellent job. When you are looking to find a travel agent Zicasso is a great place to start. My only negative with Zicasso is that they ask you how much you want to spend on the trip. I think you should tell them what you want to do, what level of accommodations you want, and then the agent should work with you on the options that fit your needs.

Oct 09,2019I decided to use Zicasso after seeing that it was approved by big travel magazines and companies. I got everything I was looking for and within my budget. The travel agency I was paired with (and "interviewed" and approved) was attentive and responsive, which put me at ease. Throughout planning, I received confirmations and e-tickets...one always worries about scams when paying large sums of money, but Zicasso is your safeguard there...not that it ever came to that. Everything was set up exactly as planned when I arrived and the team quickly responded to a couple of last-minute needs I had. Overall, Zicasso gave me a trip of a lifetime that only a local travel agency who was familiar with options and nuances of that specific destination could provide. Definitely plan to use Zicasso again soon!

Oct 09,2019Zicasso proved an excellent resource in helping my wife and I plan a first-time Italy trip. We wanted to see several places and learn as much as possible about Italy's rich history: Italian Renaissance art (Florence); the Vatican and Roman landmarks (Rome) as well as experience a bit of Tuscany and beautiful coastal areas, Cinque Terra and The Amalfi Coast. The Italy travel agency we connected with through Zicasso helped us make the most of our time by linking us with Mercedes ground transportation and outstanding tour guides who were knowledgeable and engaging. The drivers were punctual, helpful and resourceful as were the guides. Since we were first-time Italy travelers who didn't speak Italian, the personal service made our trip fun and stress-free. The agency also set up perfect accommodations and worked with us extensively in the planning. I didn't know what to expect going through Zicasso but it turned out to be a very satisfying experience.

Also to find out our expectations of the trip. And finally what our budget was. They Lin up wonderful guides for different things that where excellent and we connected with. Toni and her staff were checking on us all through our 35 days of vacation. The day itinerary book was great to inform us of each day and what to expect and wear or take with. Oct 03,2019Zicasso helped us find an outstanding agent, Marcella, who customized our trip to Italy. Zicasso initially recommended two agents. The first agent was incapable of understanding our requests, so we dismissed her. But the second agent, Marcella, was just fantastic. She arranged for us to see the cities we wanted to see, she booked us into great hotels, and found us outstanding guides. She made a suggestion that we see the town of Perugia which we knew little of and thoroughly enjoyed. When she learned that I was interested in art, she arranged a side trip to the Baglioni Chapel, which was new to me, and well worth the trip to Orvieto. Marcella was very intuitive and a great planner. Thanks to Zicasso for leading us to her.

Oct 01,2019I have used Zicasso 2 years in a row now. They have put me in touch with right people to plan my trip first to Africa to go where I wanted to go and see what I wanted to see. This year they put in touch with an agent that help me plan my trip to Australia and Tasmania and did the best job I could ever ask for. I was asked where I wanted to go and what I wanted to see and the trip was put together for me personally. This is the first time I have traveled totally alone and all arrangements were made to meet me at the airports and transfer to the hotel and back to the airport. Plus all the tours were arranged. I got to meet new people all the time. This trip was fantastic.

Oct 01,2019Our trip planner from the travel company that Zicasso connected us to created a magnificent Croatian itinerary for us along the Dalmatian coast. She really considered our love of food, wine, nature and history along with our love of the show Game of Thrones and designed a custom private tour for us to experience all that we love. Everything was seamless. From the drivers, to the tour guides, the wine tastings, oyster farm visit, Krka national park, I can go on and on. Everyone we met related to the tour was personable, professional and kind including our trip planner herself! She took the time out of her schedule to meet us and gift us a bottle of wine and also took the time out of her schedule to hand deliver us new ferry tickets when our ferry was cancelled and then personally escorted us to the new one. What absolute first class service! Will absolutely use our trip planner at this travel company in the future and will recommend her to anyone traveling to Croatia. Perfect itinerary, perfect service. Truly a dream trip!

I was very nervous about putting my hard earned savings, travel itinerary and faith in an internet company. Our trip to Paris proved to be such a success that in September 2019 I again requested assistance from Zicasso in planning a trip to Italy. Zicasso's network of amazing travel agencies have provided me with personalized travel itineraries that have far surpassed my expectations and any travel itinerary that I could have designed.
