Our journeys have varied greatly, with trips to Croatia, Portugal, Iceland and now Italy. We cannot say enough good things about all their referrals. We have been pleased beyond expectations with the tour agencies, the planning process, response from agents, help and flexibility while in a country, accommodations and recommendations. Each agency referred by Zicasso has met both our travel and budget requirements. The process to chose between referrals is easy, free of pressure and enjoyable. Jul 23,2019I've used Zicasso twice now to plan vacations to Italy and the United Kingdom. It is a terrific resource. You tell them where you want to go, an idea of what you like to do and approximate budget and they match you with 2-3 travel agents that specialize in the region you want to visit. The travel agents bid for your business and provide proposals. It saves a ton of time since they do the work for you. Each travel agent I have chosen from their list and worked with has been outstanding. Highly recommend them for anyone who loves luxury travel but doesn't have a ton of time to plan it.

Jul 21,2019My wife and I have used Zicasso to plan personal customized tours of Costa Rica and, most recently, Iceland. In both cases, we filled out the on-line form provided by Zicasso that specified the country of interest, our preferred period of travel, our interests, and the approximate budget. We were quickly put in touch with a couple of local tour agencies, each of which offered a proposed itinerary with which to begin the detailed planning process. From those initial proposals, we chose a particular agency to work and with each one, we worked out a specific itinerary for the trip, including lodging, transportation from one locale to another, guides, and sightseeing opportunities. Both trips were truly outstanding. To illustrate that Zicasso works with highly reputable firms, our flight to Costa Rica from the US was cancelled on the day of the flight (in fact the airplane had already taken off and had to return to the airport) due to a volcanic eruption near the capital of San Jose! We had already paid for the tour and the local agency had purchased vouchers at the high-end resorts and eco-lodge that they had booked for us. The agency thankfully worked quickly with each venue to permit the vouchers to be used at a later date, and we ended up with a marvelous trip. I highly recommend Zicasso for vacation planning, and we will certainly use their service again if the opportunity arises.

As independent travelers, we enjoy a pre-planned itinerary, but with the added flexibility that cannot be attained with a group tour. In partnering with Zicasso, we worked with a travel specialist who was highly knowledgeable in our area of travel and was able to make suggestions to elevate our itinerary beyond a typical “cookie-cutter” trip to an area with many popular “go-to” spots. The process was very simple and resulted in stress free vacations that covered almost every item on our "bucket lists".
