Jul 16,2019I think of Zicasso as a broker of travel agents - you tell them where you want to go and they find several travel agencies to compete for your business. So they prescreen them, stay in the loop to assist and make sure they do the job for you once selected. A nice concept that works well. Better than trying to screen yourself hen you have no knowledge or experience to do so. I would recommend them.

Jul 16,2019I read about ZIcasso in the Wall Street Journal and decided to give them a try for a family trip to Croatia. I usually do all of my own travel planning so was hesitant to use a travel agent. I was immediately impressed with Zicasso and they seemed to ask all of the right questions to help plan our trip and tailor it exactly to our needs. They connected me with a fabulous agent in Croatia and we had a terrific trip. The agent was so helpful and knowledgeable both before and during our travels. I will definitely use Zicasso again.

Jul 15,2019As a first time user of Zicasso and their subsequent offering of in country travel agents I was a bit skeptical of the process and outcome. My skepticism has been put to rest and I have nothing but glowing remarks for Zicasso, their process and my chosen travel agent with Journey Earth. Zicasso was prompt, professional and courteous in answering my questions on their process and the process was quick. Within Zicasso's stated timeframe I was presented with a selection of travel agents for my own choice of final travel agent. All correspondence flowed through Zicasso seamlessly. It was reassuring to have in-country travel agents to help plan our vacation and to have a selection of agencies that have been vetted with qualifying measures as Zicassco outlines. The chosen agency, Journey Earth, was fantastic! Journey Earth was very knowledgeable, friendly and quite intuitive. Our vacation involved a bit of in-country traveling and several activities at each destination and with only 10 days we were quite busy! Everything went smoothly and as scheduled. Kudos to Journey Earth and Zicasso!

Travel agents were professional and fully accommodated our needs and provided a very nice itinerary booklet for all the participants which outlined the tour in very good detail. Great restaurants were selected. Finally, the tour guided selected for our one week tour was knowledgeable and made sure all our needs were met.

My first trip back in 2016 to Italy was just incredible & this year to Spain was also top notch. From the venues to friendly & informative tour guides to super accommodating drivers & 24/7 support. I would always choose Zicasso for my travel needs from now on. If you think you can save money by choosing a regular agency you got another thing coming because Zicasso is a private tour agency that is actually less expensive than your regular tours with 30-40 people in them. Two thumbs up for Zicasso!

They were reliable they were helpful and they did a great job helping us organize where and when we wanted to visit places and being very flexible whenever we needed to make a change. I would highly recommend them as this is the third time we have used their services to find a local tour operator. Saved us lots of time in organizing things individually in each city and country we visited .

Zicasso’s easy to use site offered the opportunity to clarify our personal wishes for this holiday rather than to settle for a generic tour experience. Zicasso connected us with two fine agents, both well-travelled in Italy. They knew the locales, the properties, the people of Italy. The only hard part was choosing which agent to go with. Ultimately, we chose the one we felt was most closely aligned with our travel goals and our personalities. The trip - Bellagio, Tuscany, the Amalfi Coast - was perfect. We enjoyed a wide range of experiences from a major hike to just relaxing at a gorgeous property and soaking in all that is Italy. Every connection was seamless. Jun 27,2019Our tour of Provence was all that it should have been, and more. Prior consultation was followed by exemplary planning and execution. Hotels were as expected and our guides were excellent, knowledgeable and personable, and flexible in making minor modifications. All transfers were done on time and in comfort. We felt that our tour gave us not only a good overview of the region, but allowed for some depth of experience and understanding. Our visit to Marseille was brief, but gave us a chance to appreciate its varied culture and we were glad we had included it; we did not find getting around there in any way problematic. In planning our tour, we had left some free time for exploring on our own, and it allowed us to do things like visit Cezanne’s studio in Aix and some of the more quirky small museums in Avignon.
