Dec 16,2016I have been delighted by the level of service given to me by 34sp. 34sp make you feel more like a friend and colleague than just another client. They take time to explain and assist me on every occassion with my three site. Emails and service queries are answered promptly. The migration of my sites have been painless and effortless even to the extent of making me aware of errors on my sites needing remedied. They have far outweighed my expectations from my past experience with other hosts. I would highly recommend 34sp as an outstanding hosting company.

Nov 22,2016I have been with 34SP for two years now and would not go anywhere else for a hosting service. Their technical support in times of difficulty is second to none. When a breach occurred with my password for my website causing me to loose control of the site I contacted the technical team at 7 pm. Within fifteen minutes a new password had been issued and I was back in control. these guys are the best on market in my view and their customer service is excellent. I would strongly recommend using this company for your hosting, nothing is too much trouble and the response for resolution and support is rapid!!

Nov 22,2016I was searching for a Uk based hosting however wasn't happy with the services offered, the price or simply the feedback was awful. My friend suggested 34SP.com. It was first time I heard about them. I signed up and it turned out to offer an amazing customer service. I'm not an expert in networks and set ups however I was offered a lot of support. By email or phone, they have been great which was surprising after support pain at GoDaddy (no online support? only phone? really?) and other services I tried in past. They helped me to move my domains and install a new WP theme. I'm chuffed. I'm all set up and ready to go. I haven't noticed any server downtime so far but it was just few weeks.

Nov 19,2016I used to have a private website with a host in the USA but continuously had problems with making contact with them when needed, mainly because of the time difference and location, increasing fees without being forewarned, lack of assistance etc.etc. When I had to set up another new website in the UK for a non-profit Trust, I was searching for a new host and a colleague recommended 34SP, so I decided to try them out Since hosting with them, I have had a totally different experience. Although their fees are not much different to the USA host, the benefits have been: 1. being able to chat instantly with an assistant on the end of a phone. 2. having some help with installing Wordpress and a certain CRM plug-in. 3. help with installing an SSL certificate 4. restoring the website from a 34SP backup I could go on. In all contact with them, whether by email or phone, they are always polite and go the extra mile to deliver satisfaction. Nov 09,201634sp.com was recommended to me by Mike Little (one of the co-founder of WordPress) and to be completely frank they are really great with WordPress sites. ++ top notch customer service, good security and super fast WordPress hosting (they built their platform from the ground up especially for WordPress sites - and you can tell). Free SSL's via Let's Encrypt are a nice bonus as well. Highly Recommend!

The biggest selling point for me is their friendly efficient support either at the end of a phone or on-line and the reliability of their products. Oct 07,2016I've been with 34sp for about 4 years now, and whilst I'm not a heavy user of some of the hosting services, and sometimes struggle to understand how things work - I have always found an answer or a solution from the support guys or their knowledge base. It is refreshing to get problems fixed so quickly, and for what may sometimes be trivial tasks to some. All the services are clearly explained, and access via the control panel is clear for most needs. If not, then an answer is readily available. I mainly use Wordpress and MySQL - both of which were brand new to me when I started with 34sp, and whilst there's plenty of literature out there on both topics - often issues need something more specific to the host/domain, and I have always found an answer when I need it. Thoroughly recommended..

However every cloud has a silver lining and we found a wonderful new web designer who then recommended 34SP.com We switched hosting to 34SP.com with no trouble at all; they guided us through each and every step and actually went the extra mile in solving a technical issue that realistically they could have walked away from, but this just doesn't seem to be their philosophy - they WANT to help you, they WANT to solve technical issues and their communication back to you when doing so is second to none. I have no reservations whatsoever in recommending 34SP.com they have impressed me each and every time I have dealt with them from the initial call to Siobhan in sales who was exceptional, to the technical team who quite obviously are dedicated to solving problems. I cannot recommend them enough.

Dec 22,2016Before I came across 34sp.com I started out using a reseller account offering generalised hosting on shared servers. This proved flexible, versatile and cost effective. As soon as the WordPress websites I was developing began to achieve an impact, their mediocre performance became an issue. Thankfully, at the Manchester WordPress User Group, I came across 34sp.com and after they explained their WordPress specific hosting, I decided to give it a go with some sites I had that were struggling with their hosting.
