Aug 02,2016A couple of months ago we were looking for a good hosting company for our clients websites, after lots of research 34sp were recommended to us by another agency. We have been using 34sp for a couple of months now and I must say I am impressed with the service I have received. We find the platform to manage your hosting very easy to use and I love the fact that they build the wordpress container for you. Another great feature is that you can create a staging area for your site before you set it live. The main usp is the customer service these guys are so helpful and they really know their stuff, very patient and helpful. Other hosting companies Ive used have been less than helpful sometimes. I've been with them since 2003 and, being a total technophobe, it has been an unbelievable comfort to have a team of patient, understanding and helpful experts just a phone call away. Yes, a phone call... when you can speak with someone immediately… someone in the UK that you can understand… and someone that understands you! Whenever I've had a query, whoever took the phone call has answered all my questions clearly and concisely, fixed any problems they could from their end or, as has more often been the case, have gently talked me through the process of sorting out the self-generated problems on my own computer! I've been a self-employed graphic designer for over 30 years and, over that time, have naturally had to convert from pen-and-paper to computers - mainly by trial and error! I can honestly say that I would not have been able to cope with the account handling, website and emailing aspect of my work without the support of 34sp.

Jul 12,2016I used 34sp.com for webhosting and domain registration for over 10 years now, a personal recommendation I have no hesitation to pass on. I've used their services for a variety of personal and work projects. I've always been pleasantly surprised by the level of service - I'm normally using the cheaper packages but they've been fast to respond and often fixed the problems for me. Examples include sorting out DNS records for email projects and fixing stuff that I've broken.

Jul 06,2016I had sites hosted in USA, and UK. Both of those companies grew in size, over the many years I was with them, were taken over, many times, and customer service deteriorated. My son recommended 34sp a few years ago, and I've been transferring all my hosted sites to them. A massive advantage to 34sp, is that the support staff are very helpful, both on the phone and via email, and they are based in UK, hence they understand my sense of humour. They actually try to understand the whole question, and they do not simply pass off the first part of any query by saying 'you can do that though the portal', and ignore the rest of the question.

Jun 30,2016As a (new) small business owner with no experience of setting up websites, I have honestly found the service I've received from 34SP.com to be a breath of fresh air. Firstly, to actually be able to speak to someone on the phone is just great and very reassuring; and secondly the staff on the end of the phone have always been so helpful without being patronising or speaking in code! They respond with speed and efficiency, whether that be on the phone or via email. They follow up and check in with you to make sure you are still OK and your query is definitely resolved. It is actually a relief to know I'm in safe hands with my website and if I need to ask a question about it - I'm not made to feel an idiot! Thank you 34SP.com.

Jun 29,2016I had been with GoDaddy for quite a while and thought I was getting a reasonable service at a cheap cost. How wrong I was. I found 34SP after some searches for Hosting in the UK, I checked out their reviews and thought, why not. I have to say since moving - Which was so easy, I have been over the moon. If I have a question or problem, they sort it. I needed an enormous amount of data on 2 databases moving and they did it for me. I think during the move my website was down for less than an hour. I highly recommend them they are great and they are in the UK. I cannot recommend them enough. Thanks 34SP and keep up the good work.

Jun 06,2016I had never heard of 34SP.com when I wanted a chambre d'hote site about five years ago, but luckily the guy who had done my website had and he recommended them. So when I wanted to set up another website abut 2 years ago, it was natural to go to them. That time I didn't have the guiding hand of my website designer and I am not the greatest when it comes to web technicalities - but it didn't matter! 34SP solved all my problems as they arose. The same thing happened a few weeks ago when I set up another site using WordPress. Again 34SP sorted everything. And courteous with it. What more could one ask?

Jun 02,2016I've been with 34SP for a long time now - and for good reason. I've never needed to look elsewhere. On my recommendation, I've recently helped moved a couple more client sites to 34SP because their existing hosting providers' facilities and services were quite simply inferior by comparison. Technical reliability is excellent. Can't recall the last time my sites or emails were down. The rare instances where server maintenance involves downtime have been met with email notifications giving plenty of notice in advance. And if you do need help, their customer support is brilliant. My queries have ALWAYS been responded to quickly, professionally and issues have been resolved at lightning speed in a very friendly manner. If only all companies had this level of customer care. I cannot recommend 34SP enough. They are absolutely brilliant.

May 23,2016I manage web and web-based products for a number of different clients with quite distinct requirements - and I have been delivering their work with the help of 34sp.com for around 10 years now. Some I handle through a reseller account, some are on professional hosting or business hosting packages and some are on the new Wordpress optimised packages. There are a number of good solid reasons to pick 34sp and to stick with them… The flexibility of these packages - and tailored options within them - is excellent for a start. Also great is the main control panel system for managing your sites and services - including mail, FTP access, backups, and many other features. The standard and quality of the servers the products run on is also great - robust, fast, secure. And of course if and when things go wrong their support is second to none. They’re extremely knowledgeable and helpful and work with you without patronising you or confusing you. The support system isn’t only needed when things go wrong either - I recently shifted a number of my clients from prohosting and business hosting across to the Wordpress bundles. It was a move recommended by 34sp to make things more economical for me as well as improving the efficiency of the web services for my clients. Not only is that a great thing to have a company proactively recommend, but they marshalled support and migration teams to help get it all sorted with minimal fuss and disruption. Perfect handholding and support from start to finish. I’m seriously happy having my clients web products - and my own - handled by 34sp.com.

May 21,2016I have been with 34sp for a number of years now and always found their service to be excellent. Servers are rarely if ever down and plenty of notification is given for essential maintenance. On the occasions I have issues with my website I always find the staff to be courteous, understanding and patient. You feel like they are working with you to resolve problems as soon as possible, and there is never a sense of being judged, even when the mistake is your own. I haven't received this level of service from any other provider so I would not hesitate to recommend them.
