I use 34sp to host two sites. I've used them for years (since about 2008) as I've always found the price competitive and the support fast and complete. Their updated hosting and domain management site is also very professional yet easy to use.

I have been using 34sp for my hosting needs ever since I started business on my own. Their servers have always had little or no down time, and when there were problems, they were rectified pretty quickly. Their support is second to none. They have a normal telephone number, waiting times in general are minimal, and when you speak to an agent, they are always very knowledgeable. You know when you have a great service provider, when they chase you on support requests that have rectified themselves. People who have complained about support, are probably just being hot headed about slow response times when major events have happened. Any company will have these problems, and it is unfair to judge them on these events. Furthermore, 34SP and always gone the extra mile when I have done something really dumb, like delete databases etc. by accident. They have always managed bail me out of the odd stupid mistake I have made. I have always recommended them to friends and family and will continue to do so without hesitation.

In the ten plus years of hosting websites I've used three different companies to manage my servers. 34SP are the first who seem geared towards Wordpress, my preferred CMS. My sites on 34SP's VPS are blazing fast, which makes me and, in turn, my customers happy. Their VPS service gives me granular control if I need it, but with prompt and attentive service from 34SP I know I can turn to them for help and advice -never had I heard a sigh or tut at the end of the line! Moving server hosts is a potentially stressful business but so far I have been extremely pleased with the move and look forward to sticking with these guys for years to come.

It is really difficult to find a good web hosting company. When I found 34SP I was immediately impressed and happy with their server speed as it is exceptional and perfect for my need for speed. But then I ran into a problem and needed help. I raised a support ticket expecting it to be equal to or better than the other much cheaper hosting companies I tried (I have tried 12 of them in the last month). However, instead of a 1-3 hours support response time I have come to expect it took them 17 hours to respond. I replied immediately and I am still waiting 23 hours later.... It is such a shame. They have a good product but seriously let down by poor service. Everyone will need hosting support at some point and website hosting is mission critical for my business. So unless you too want your business offline for 2-3+ days.. 34SP hosting is worth avoiding until they invest in their customer support service.

I have used various hosting companies over the years and none have really compared to 34SP.com, my previous experience with some better known providers has been less than satisfactory with prolonged down time and poor customer service but none of that with 34SP. There is virtually no down time and customer service is excellent, any tickets I have made have always been dealt with promptly and always with 24 hours, they are always willing to go the extra mile to sort any issues you may encounter. I have had professional and business hosting packages with 34SP over the time I have been with them and find their pricing of packages to be very competitive considering what they offer for that price, I have never seen anything comparable anywhere else. I would highly recommend 34SP to anyone looking for a quality host at reasonable prices.

I've been using 34sp.com for many years. In the early days they provided a great overall service. Their products were good and their tech support was brilliant, even on Saturdays. Tech guys always new what they were talking about and were always patient. As years have gone by, 34sp have added more and more to their portfolio and the cost has stayed reasonable. The other thing that is still brilliant is that as 34sp has grown, the tech support is still the same and you are still able to speak directly to the support guys without having to hang on the end of a phone for ages. I would recommend 34sp to anyone that asked, every time. Keep up the good work 34sp.

I have found the technical support team at 34SP do not just fix problems but the technicians will also explain what had occurred and what actions were taken. I have been with 34SP for 10 years and their service has always been first rate.

I've been using these guys for years as I grow my web design business. From the first service I took out with them (Professional Hosting) to my current server, I've always experienced excellent service. In the very occasional instance of technical problems arising (unavoidable since technology does fail!) they've always been there to sort the issue quickly and properly. There have even been times where I've requested support for things that probably aren't really their responsibility and they're always happy to help. I think one of the biggest pluses for me is that I can absolutely rely on them if things go wrong. If you want a reliable service with friendly, responsive support, 34SP is definitely a fantastic choice.

I have just renewed our account with 34SP for our Scout Troop website. Having had previously frustrating times elsewhere I have been more than pleased over the last few years with the service they provide. Set up was quick and easy, especially as I am not particularly technically skilled and minor problems since have been sorted efficiently. Thank you very much!

34SP have hosted my website for a few years now. If ever I have had a query, they have been very quick to acknowledge it, and then they have dealt with the issue speedily. I've phoned once or twice and found that the people there are very approachable and friendly. They explain the issues without resorting to needless jargon.

34SP has been a great host for our websites. We've been using them a couple of years now and they have been providing brilliant support to any issues we've had. The highlight of our experience would have to be the numerous emails the sent us notifying us of possible hacks and vulnerablities on our site which lead to us decideing to do a last minute server migration. we requested them to do this migration a few days before Christmas 2015, We could tell they were apprehensive but they decided to go ahead with the migration. And we didn't have any down time at all over the Christmas period which is our busiest period. The accolades could go on for 34SP especially Lee one of their techies, he's saved us more than a few times over the years. Looking forward to many more years of great service from you 34SP!

34SP were recommended to me an age ago, by a tutor while I was still at university, and I remember balking somewhat at the slightly dearer hosting prices compared to what my peers were paying with cheaper alternatives. However, I decided to try them out and I'm pleased to say the value has been remembered long after the price forgotten – I've been using them for six or seven years now and have, in turn, recommended them to friends and colleagues, and use them to host several sites. The tech support has always been very prompt, personal and helpful.I'm still massively grateful for the help I received with a tricky WP database and email migration a while back – a similar problem for a colleague found their ISP simply shrugging at her, if they answered her emails at all. She's now with 34SP. All in all, an outstandingly professional, capable and personable company, and a great example of how it can be done better. Top marks!

My VPS control panel crash due to a security update, so i contacted the 34sp support and within few minutes the problem was solved.

I have used 34SP for a number of years and always found them to provide a good secure service with quick and courteous communication either by email or telephone. Highly recommended. They also provide free hosting for charities.

As a small charity run on shoestring the offer of free web-hosting from 34sp is a valued and much appreciated cost-saving. Additionally we receive the same professional and approachable service that 34sp offers to its paying customers. Whenever we have had cause to raise a query we have received a swift and personal response from a member of their team who has been keen to see we get a quick resolution. I doubt we could find a better web-hosting service even if we were paying for it

Their free charity hosting has saved a number of registered charities which I support a small fortune. Support queries usually answered within a couple of hours.

often as companies get larger, customer relations and levels of service suffer. That has not been the case with 34SP, they are still the same approachable, efficient, friendly people that they were when we I first had dealings with them. In the 10 years I have used 34SP, I have had few hosting issues. Whenever problems have arisen, I have received a rapid response from support and was able to resolve any issues without too much inconvenience. On the one occasion that I had major issues with a VPS, the case was escalated to a senior level and dealt with appropriately. Would I recommend them? In the blink of an eye I would!

I just wanted to add my two penneth to the recent reviews of 34SP. I've had a reseller account with them since 2007 and sure I've had problems along the way (a lot of them due to my own fault and some due to theirs) but the main reason I have stayed with them and will continue to stay with them is because of their level of customer service and their Technical Support Team. Sure there have been times where I've thought of moving my sites to a different hosting company and have done a lot of research into their competitors. The fact is that their competitors have problems too. I make it sound as though it's a case of "you're better off with the devil you know" but it isn't. I'm really happy 98% of the time and the 2% of the time when I'm not happy, 34SP get to the bottom of the problem as quickly as is humanly possible and I'm back to being happy again. I for one have had a few sites hacked in the past due to new vulnerabilities found by hackers and am constantly trying to stay ahead of the game doing updates where needed. This is nothing compared to the work that 34SP have to do for all of their servers. Don't get me wrong I get frustrated when a problem arises, but hats off to them for their hard work in providing the high level of service that they do given the deturmination of hackers out there trying to break into their systems. Bottom line: they get 5 stars, they are a UK company, they're not 100% perfect (who is) but I'm staying with them through thick and thin.
