Their website advertises wrong items. They willingly cancelled my order but I have not received the money they took from my account prior to shipping the item. They said it takes up to 7 days to get my money back. But nothing yet. I’ve read the bad reviews. Now I believe it. I’m much better off disputing the charge with my bank. Don’t order from this site. I thought they were reputable but don’t take your chances. Trust the bad reviews.

Every time i go there i trust them less and less. latest time i was there i needed a part quickly so paid extra shipping for it to be there in 10 days. 2 weeks go by no update, I call them to get an answer and was told it will be coming soon, 3 weeks go by .. then 4 ... then 5 ... i called them every day that week and they started to get mad that i was calling everyday so i stopped, 6 th week hits and i call again they answer and tell me "Oh your parts came in last week" never received an update on those parts ever. So i asked if i could get my money back for the express shipping and they said no.

Customer service sucks and if you have to return something you are almost better off keeping it. The shipping is so slow and dysfunctional I could of walked from Ct to pick it up myself and still had it a week earlier. Never again will I shop here and I will tell everyone I know not to either

Yeah this place suck...do your research online, and order parts from amazon or other reputable 4 wheel parts sites....I have been there three times and its always I have to order it...I needed an iPhone ram ball mount...basic item...didnt have it...needed an arb air compressor...they discouraged me from it saying the one cylinder one wasn't enough...and they dont even have the brace to install it...these guys are worthless...

READ AND BELIEVE ALL THESE REVIEWS. I wish I had researched just a little bit about 4wp before even looking at their website. They seem legit. Store fronts close to my house. But they're absolutely trash if you buy something not in stock, or if you have to return anything. Bought a set of shocks and springs for my Tacoma. Turns out the front shocks will be on 3 to 4 month backorder. So I return the springs and rear shocks to a store front and they cancel the shocks on back order. This is all done within 30 days of purchase. I receive an email with my refund. They refunded me 38%...Thirty eight percent of my purchase. Now I'm trying to call their national customer service line, and there are 90 people ahead of me. lol. I understand I need to be charged for the shipping that it cost to send to me. But I'm sure it didn't cost $300 to ship.... SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND MONEY - DON'T SHOP HERE. Yes, their prices may be good, but if you need to return it, you'll lose money big time. I lost over $300 (three hundred dollars). Or consider a $300 lesson in where not to shop or refer people to.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. First off I ordered a lift from them and no where on their page did they say they did not have this part in stock. So I ordered and I receive an email a couple days later that it’s coming from the manufacturer. Well fine a couple weeks go by and I get no shipping information, so I call and they tell me it’s not shipping till next week. The week comes and goes still no shipping I call again and now it’s not shipping until the following week. Comes and goes again finally I call and they tell me it can’t be shipped until the middle of the following month. I tell them that this is ridiculous and I would like a refund and the customer service rep gets very rude says he’ll set up the refund and hangs up on me. Highly recommend not ordering from them, wish I had read other reviews before ordering.

Do not buy from them, their customer service is bad and If they owe you money they will not give it back to you. Their vendor ship a product wrong to me, Ups would not deliver it to me and it was returned over a month ago and 4 Wheel Parts will not respond to my request for my money back. I wish I would have paid attention to reviews beforehand because It seems a lot of people have had the same problem with them. Do not buy from them.

I have been ordering parts from 4wheelparts for several decades, but never again. I ordered parts for a customers jeep, and only received half of what I ordered. I have spent 4 days on hold, each day for several hours trying to get to an agent to sort it out. I have sent emails to get it resolved, and even though I was given a "problem ticket" I never get a response. I am still on hold with them as I type this. I started out as customer 46 on hold, 2 hours ago, now I'm # 6 in line. What a mess. My time is valuable, I have a business to run. I understand being busy, but not taking care of customers is a big deal in any business.

2 weeks my product still hasn't shipped. Emailed customer service for a cancel/refund no response. Waited for 45 mins to talk to someone, and they weren't sure they can get my order canceled and refund me. Don't waste your money here. They ripped me off.

Ordered an Arb awning online, went with the smaller size because it was in stock. A week later, crickets, absolutely no communication regarding delivery. Emailed customer service, no response. Called 1-800 number, transferred 3 times and hung up on me. Called local Calgary store (30+ times!) their number is out of service. Called the Edmonton store, can't help me because my order is through Calgary store. Guess I'm driving down there in person to raise hell...what a waste of time.

I purchased online rancho shocks May 30 and still waiting. I sent over 5 email with no real response or update. Just says order is processing. Same problem everyone else is going through here. (they have my money, no email response, and still waiting for it to be shipped) DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM, PURCHASE FROM CARid IF YOU VALUE YOUR TIME!

Don't do business with these people. Listed item as in stock and ready to ship. It was totally wrong. It would of been 4 weeks or longer for me to receive my rims. I hope they refund my money quickly....

Zero wasn't an option but that is what I would choose. Apparently if you have items that are missing from your shipment you cannot in anyway get them to refund or reship the items but they will definitely bill the credit card for the items. Even with the trucking company verifying that the items were not received I still can't get the items replaced or credited back to my card. Every day I call I have to hold for an hour or longer just to speak to someone who just gives me the run around. I will never order another part from this company!!!! N Hart Disappointed customer

10 days later my order is still in-process. emailed 3 days no responce called waited on hold for more than an hour. they said they can't control when the vender ships the part out the part is an RCV Axle. I called RCV and they said they have those axles in stock and can ship right away. Called 4 wheel parts back after 14 days, still now movement on shipping my order. They still don't know when it will ship. I canceled the order over the phone I did not get a confirmation that the order was canceled. After 3 days I checked my Credit card. Still no credit on my card. Called 4 Wheel parts again. The order is canceled on their end but not credit. It is expected to show up in 14 day. In the mean time I get a credit card bill. These guys are slower and very poor customer service. Very disorganized. If you had a 0 rating I would pick that but only have a 1 star.

They suck. Ordered shocks website states "ready to ship". A week later still shows as "processing". Sent email to sales using contact form inquiring about order status, no response. Several days later sent another email this time to customer service, no response. Tried calling customer support number. On hold for 1/2 hr. they never answered. Googled 4 wheel parts and saw all the negative reviews. I'm done for good with these clowns.

You'll notice a theme - terrible service and SLOW! I ordered a tire and wheel package, the website said it would ship same day. I called to verify some details and the sales rep said 7-10 days as not all the tires and wheels were in the same warehouse. Fine. I called back at 7 days and after an hour on hold, no status, waiting on the last tire to ship. I called every day for a week with the same story - last tire is on the way. after 2 weeks they final shipped the 4th tire. after 3 weeks (and 3 separate calls saying it was on a pallet awaiting the shipper to pick it up) I tried to cancel as I had already missed the 2 events I wanted the tires for and I was going on vacation. They said if I was not available to receive the shipment, it would be returned and I would be charged the extra freight. If / when they show up I better not be charged. I should have paid the extra $50 and bought from tire rack.

4WP has the WORST customer service I have ever experienced with a company. After being on hold on three separate lines for over an hour, I finally spoke to a representative, who then transferred me SIX more times. After a three hour conversation, NOTHING was accomplished. I had ordered a rooftop tent, but the tent they sent me was missing 8 crucial pieces that would enable me to install it on my car's roof. They have no idea when they will be able to send me the missing pieces. Not only were the representatives I spoke to at 4WP extremely unhelpful, but they were also rude, nasty, and unwilling to take responsibility for their mistake. Instead they continued to blame the manufacturer, who they also resisted to get in touch with. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND 4WP TO ANYBODY.

Placed an order on 5/24 for a tonneau cover...order shows as being processed and no response to my email just like everyone else. I’m not about to waste my time calling an 800 number that by all accounts they don’t answer. I’ll give it another day for them to respond and then issue a chargeback which costs them money FYI.

ZERO STARS. Ordered tires. Order says processing.. I waited 10 days before emailing. No response... Emailed again still no response. tried their 1800 number and it just rings FOR HOURS and no one answers. I called their store number and the dude can't find my order. Then told me to call the 1800 number...I mean seriously?? I called my bank and blocked 4wheelparts.com Luckily I havn't been the charge yet but If I do they are no blocked forever. These guys seriously suck... I have no idea how they are still in business.
