Jun 02,2020Terrible. I ordered a Smittybilt winch from them two weeks ago, at a total cost of over $700. I have not heard a single thing from them, and nobody can be bothered to respond to my emails.

May 28,2020I wish we could give a soiled zero stars. My husband ordered a set of tires online with a discount code. 4Wheel Parts charged our account and also sent an order confirmation. 3 weeks go by and we noticed $1,600 was put back into our account by 4WP! We called and asked what had happened. All they said was that they didn’t even have record of our purchase. Like it didn’t even happen. So, my husband replaced the order and asked them to honor the original discount he received - they gave him $1 off..lol. 4 weeks go by, and we just got notice that 4WP had charged our account and additional TWO times! After calling, being put on hold for 30 mins, and being transferred to multiple people, the guy said that the warehouse in China hadn’t even shipped our tires and that we’re on a waiting list that “could take up to 9months-year” total BS! Sure, take our money knowing that we won’t get the tires. Best part is, not one apology! We will never spend a dime here again. Still unsure why our bank account was screwed with so many times.

May 28,2020Ordered a rear bumper that website said was in stock- kept checking for tracking, just said processing- finally called after a week or so- no part in stock- just said to keep checking website for tracking when it ships- 2 weeks go by- called again- as they have my money and are not worried abut communicating with me about my part- supposed to be shipped from CA to Ohio; it is now 9 weeks plus and supposed to have my rear bumper delivered in 2 days after calling again. Will not do business with them again.

May 28,2020I ordered online to pick up at the Plano, TX store. Weeks later when I hadn't received a call I realize (through my credit card statement) that 4WP simply cancelled my order and never told me. I tried calling their 877 number listed online and all I get is "All lines are busy. Please try again later." It has been this way for days now.

May 19,2020DON'T DO IT. 1) Placed an order on the 4WP site. 2) Received the order with two damaged items. 3) Called to report the damage and say, I'll keep them, but as they are damaged I'd like a modest refund. 4) Was told I'd receive a call back shortly. Never happened. 5) Called a second time, was offered a $75 promo card. I accepted. 6) Received the card a week later, in the amount of $52.50. Huh? 7) Called a third time today. On hold for 20 minutes, someone answered and talked to me for 10 seconds, then inexplicably placed me back on hold... where I've been stuck for an additional 30 minutes. Almost an hour on the phone just to get them to honor their promises? I will never again spend my cash with these scammers.

May 19,2020Ordered a part 5/11 for in store pickup. The website said it would be available next day if ordered before 3pm. I ordered after 3 so I gave it two days. No change in order status on website but I called the store to check anyway. They could not see my customer information or my order, told me to call the online order center. I called the online order center and they couldn't see my customer info or order info and they told me since it's for in store pickup I'd have to call the store. I told them I already did that so do something about it. They said they'd "send a note to accounting" because the order must not have fully processed. Another day passes so I call the store. No order, nothing has been done. They email "Jeff" who heads the online orders. Never hear from "Jeff". I call the store again and someone else emails "Jeff". On 5/15 I initiate a chargeback via Paypal (thank goodness for that). On 5/18 around noon I initiate a social media blitz on Twatter and Facedump demanding a refund. An hour later they respond to my PayPal case and refund my money with no explanation. In the PayPal case I said refund my money or promise in store pickup by 5/20. I guess they couldn't commit to that. They ran the clock to the last hour because on 5/19 PayPal would have forced a refund. I won't be patronizing this establishment in the future.

May 18,2020Total Scam! Ordered Bilstein 5100 shocks and what I received was a large box of junk (nuts and bolts). Contacted the company by email and phone with no response. Ended up contacting my credit card company to pull the payment. This company is absolutely corrupt. STAY AWAY!

May 04,2020Ordered tube doors on their Virtual Truck and Jeep fest. Was called and told they would be in for pickup in about 3 business days. Two and a half weeks later, they don't even know where or if my doors even shipped from the manufacturer. Over the 2 weeks I called them twice and they said they would call back, they never did. Cancelled the order. They have really gone down hill from 12 years ago, I wouldn't recommend 4WP.

Apr 30,2020After looking online at their website and seeing " Free next business day delivery if ordered before 3 pm" I jumped right on buying my soft top. The Lynnwood, WA #52 store was nothing but aweful. After ordering the top over the phone 2 hrs prior to the deadline, I was told it was in stock and Tuesday I could pick up my order. The following day I called back to ensure I could come Tuesday and was told the order was never placed and that my top was in Post Falls, ID. Not that big of a deal, you can still get it to me Tuesday... Tuesday rolls around and I show up to pick up my order. I am told they never ordered the top, and that it was now in Compton, CA.. BIG ISSUE. Your sales rep stated on two separate phone calls that my order was placed, you charged my credit card, and still did not place the order. After speaking with store manager, I am told this is often a problem and that they tend to misadvertise... I was in the store with 3 customers sharing the same issue... NEVER GO HERE!

Customer service says it’s being delivered to my house and I asked why when I paid extra for them to install. What a joke place to do business with

Mar 31,2020Nightmare experience with 4 Wheel Parts. I had a Rubicon longarm 4.5 inch suspension lift ordered and installed by 4 Wheel Parts. I have a 97 ZJ Grand Cherokee Jeep. They originally told me the labor would be approx 2000 dollars but in the end, they inflated it to over 4000 dollars. They ordered 2 new driveshafts they told me would be approx 250~300 dollars each but again ended up costing over 1,100 dollars for front and rear. They cut off my tailpipe right next to the muffler with less than an inch instead of leaving some pipe to work with. I had to order a new muffler and get custom exhaust work for the tailpipe. Now the unbelievable worse part, I ended up with a drone. I first thought was exhaust and so tried to fix it multiple times. I went to 4 Wheel Parts, they seemed they didn't want to help me. They told me it was the rear bearings which I just had done. I went to Vancouver Frame and Axle and they told me it was the driveshafts. When I went to 4 Wheel Parts they said absolutely not the driveshafts but I then switched out the driveshaft with my brother's driveshaft and it greatly improved. I even changed the transfer case in my wild goose chase to try to fix the problems they gave me with no help from them. I left out tons of work with no good results. The bottom line, 4 Wheel Parts more than doubled the labor costs on my lift and ended up giving me an undrivable vehicle for long trips. They offered no meaningful help for me to resolve my issues. Nightmare, Nightmare, Nightmare !!!

Mar 26,2020I should have checked the ratings before I ordered from here. Customer service is TERRIBLE! I ordered on a "tax free" special. I received the invoice for new rims and tires and was very clearly charged tax for them. I called customer services and they tried to convince me that I was not charged tax. He said it's just a glitch in there system that shows sub total, tax and amount due. After trying to get clarification I was told to learn 3rd grade math and hung up on. This happened twice. Hopefully this will keep anyone from making the mistake I made and trust the reviews on this company.

Mar 21,2020Ran by a bunch of monkeys. BUYER BEWARE. They will send you wrong parts, missing parts, damaged parts. I’ve made numerous amounts of purchases through this shot company. Customer service is trash too. I’ll be closing my $10,000 credit card with them.
