This place is a joke. I order a set of wheel in which I paid 200$ for 3 day shipping. It took them 4 days to even process my order and over 6 days after that to even arrive at my house. I had contacted them several times wondering when my package was or if it had even been shipped but they told me time and time again that there was no way they could tell. This place is a joke and I will never spend another dime on anything they have to offer. Waisted 200$ and well over a weeks worth of time

This place might have good prices but you may never receive what you ordered and god forbid if you need to use customer service. I have two orders and both times was sent the wrong parts. The parts I did receive where of far lesser value of what I ordered. The stuff I ordered cost me about $1,200 so it wasn't just pocket change to me. They did send me shipping lables to send parts back and was told right parts where shipped but never emailed tracking numbers or any proof of correct parts being sent out. I decided to go online and read 4 wheel parts customer reviews and instantly knew I made a huge mistake trusting these shitbags to make it right. How is this place able to stay in buisness? I just got off the phone with my credit card company. If they handle chargebacks like they handle customer service I will have no problems getting my hard earned money back from these crooks. This place is unbelievable, I honestly can't believe how bad this company is. I've dealt with a few bad ones here and there but this one is truly at the top of the crap pile! You've been warned.

DO NOT FEED THESE JACKALS. I ordered a set of Bilstein shocks and ARB leaf springs, they didn't have the right springs in stock so they just sent me what they had haha which was a set for a previous generation Tacoma. One of the shocks had a critical piece missing and when I called them they gave so b.s that they have to get the piece special ordered from Bilstein or I could pay for another shock and return this one. I didn't and don't have time for these games so I drove to the closest store to me which is 150 miles out. The crackhead at the counter did what I hoped they could've done through the mail which was went and got the piece off of another shock and gave it to me. I returned the leaf springs and got some wrinkled up piece of paper as confirmation. If the funds don't appear on my account soon I'm getting a lawyer. I don't understand how this type of garbage is in business. Stay away folks. Stay away.

Worst Customer Service and Misleading Advertising - Do Not Buy From This Distributor On Black Friday 11/29/19, I purchased a Fab Fours bumper for my Jeep ($400). 4wheelparts.com advertised a FREE fire pit with the purchase of a Fab Fours bumper. (Jeep fire pit valued at $365) This was the reason I purchased the bumper through 4 Wheel Parts, and the fire pit was going to be a present for a family member. A few days after my purchase and my card being charged, I called to check the status because tracking showed pending. I was told I would not be receiving the fire pit because that was not the promotion. The promotion was of purchasing a front and rear bumper, you would receive a free fire pit. I was also told my bumper was on back order. I explained the ad I saw when I made my purchase and even sent a picture of their advertisement. On December 16th morning, after several emails and phones calls being told I wasn’t getting the fire pit and nothing else was offered, they said I could have a $25 credit towards my purchase, which didn’t even cover my sales tax, another promotion they were advertising that day, pay no sales tax. December 16th afternoon, a family member helped me out since I was at work and made a call to 4wheelparts.com First phone call was to a customer service rep, explaining once again the situation and wanting the free fire pit which is what was advertised, asking when the order would ship and first I was told it was on back order, then told it wasn’t on back order and they had one which would ship today and we still were not getting the fire pit because you had to purchase two bumpers. During this entire conversation, I had asked to speak to a manager 3 times, that question was avoided until once again for the 4th time I said I wasn’t hanging up until I spoke with a manager. Finally after being placed on hold again for awhile the customer service rep states the supervisor would call me back in 5-10 minutes. I said I would hold, rep laughed and I was placed on hold. Supervisor comes on the phone, whole story explained again, he states a front and back bumper needed to be purchased to get the free fire pit. I sent him a picture of their advertisement and that it was false advertising and he said nothing to rectify the situation. I asked him to send me a screenshot of where it stated you needed to purchase both bumpers. He placed me on hold and said he would be back in a few seconds. I was on hold fifteen minutes and then hung up on. In the meantime I get an email from the supervisor which had a typed up sheet of promotions from different manufacturers, which wasn’t what was online. I called the supervisor back, not happy and told him I didn’t appreciate getting hung up on and he corrected me and said disconnected. I corrected him and said he told me I would be on hold for a few seconds. He said maybe if I called the manufacturer Fab Fours Bumpers, they might send me the fire pit. By this time I am fuming! I called Fab Four Bumpers, knowing that this was not there fault, the customer service rep was super helpful and gave me information. I was informed that I was not the first consumer to call them over the misleading ad. That there was no promotion for the consumer, only for the distributor and that they called 4wheelparts.com to advise them about the wrong advertisement and the complaints they were getting. I call the supervisor back, explaining all of this to him (false advertising, lied to, poor customer service, etc.) and he said he was sorry and I can cancel the order if I wanted to. ORDER CANCELLED! Biggest waste of time ever! You should have made right with this customer!

Brought my 2006 Chevy Silverado in to get shocks and airbags installed before a road-trip to Ontario, and also asked them to check over the drive train as I was about to make a cross country trip. Checked over the paperwork and they had listed about 6 things that needed to be done asap(3,600.00), I paid them for work completed and took the truck into another garage for a second opinion, and only 2 out of 6 needed fixing. While on my trip 1 airbag kept losing pressure and I had to keep filling with air. Long story short, I had 3 year warranty on bags, brought truck in 3 times, warranty is up and bags still not holding air!!!

Ordered a set of wheels and tires and they mixed my order up with another guy's. I am told the correct tires will not arrive for another week or more and I will have to take time out of my week to ensure that the logistics truck can pick up the tires I received. And to top it off, I have not been offered any form of compensation other than supposedly free shipping but from reading other reviews, it may not be free at all. I will edit this review if the situation changes. EDIT: 1 week in. I sent the wrong tires back and they were received by 4wheelparts yesterday. I am STILL yet to receive my correct order or even a tracking number! I have been told by customer service (after waiting for 30 mins on hold) that they won't even be shipped for another 4 days or so!!! WHAT??! They mixed up my $2700 order and show no ZERO sign of immediacy to fix it AVOID THIS COMPANY LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!

Well I love my window vent shades. *Mud flaps stated they fit my Jeep, but they did not, they did pay return on wrong item. **So I ordered a floor mat for the back of my Jeep. I was sent a USED BMW mat. I paid $30 to ship back, huge box, their wrong used mat and they will not refund my shipping. I sent it back and then I looked at my email they sent a return label after I mailed it back. I ask for a refund but was told no I should of used the label After I already mailed it. Sad! So I will not shop here any more.

I went in on Oct 28, 2019 to have fender flares installed on my truck. They broke the headlight bulb on the driver’s side and the signal light was missing. I noticed immediately and brought it to their attention. They said they would fix it. However, firstly they have to order the parts and have me return at a later date. Secondly, I live over an hour away. It’s not really convenient to take the day off from work to return. I wrote to corporate and asked if they could pay $60 for me to have it done closer to my home. The response I received from customer service was NO, contact the store for repair. I’m not really happy about this and I have decided not to do business with this company again. I would not recommend them. It also takes weeks to get an appointment and they are obviously too busy and rushed to do the job properly the first time around.

Quoted me to install a trailer hitch and didn’t install the wiring, although they told me it would be ready to go to tow a trailer with lights. When I called to inform them that they wire for the lights, they wanted to charge me to install the lights and wanted to charge me freight to get the lights. Their labor cost was twice the cost of U haul’s OTD price

id give them negative starts if i could. this company has some of the worst customer support you could imagine. I WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THEM AGAIN. i have a 2018 f150 that they lifted and its been back to them nearly 20 times in 2 years of owning.. i have missed countless days of work. if i have an issue they never step up to help it be resolved right away, they are too busy being money hungry putting new customers and cash infront of completed jobs with major issues.... STAY AWAY!

I waited 3 weeks for axles and many calls to find out where these are at. I received them after this time but to find out they are wrong splines after explaining to sales person 3 times the axles needed. . Wait until you have to do the 4 Wheel Parts return dance! to return an item that was wrong that you had purchased from 4 Wheel Drive Parts regardless of they are wrong or you were in the order. Read their fine print. The fun begins because you pay the shipping and it is not cheap when you buy heavy items along with their cheesy useless warranties and taxes. You wait for weeks for the return examination and many phone calls with arguing with them and aggravation begging for your money after restocking fees. The local 4 Wheel Drive store will not except on line returns after driving 50 miles to find this out, Unfortunately, I do hope this helps some as I am sharing this miserable experience that makes me now want to go else where to purchase parts.

I purchased a G2 Axle from 4WheelParts, who installed it along with new bearings and seals. 4WheelParts and G2 touts that these axles are made from high tensile strength 4340 Chrome Molly that is heat-treated twice to produce these heavy-duty axles that are up to 40% stronger! Well guess what, someone along the line forgot to properly heat treat and QA this particular Axle. It looks like someone used a Lathe and machined a fairly deep groove in the axle bearing surface (photograph available). The axle bearing itself is in great shape, no heat marks, not frozen, and spines freely (photograph available). Everything in the rear was brand-new! You can only imagine the amount of metal that was in all the gears and bearings. Sadly enough, 4WheelParts turned a blind eye to the situation. Knowing they, 4wheelParts, were on a major campaign to peddle G2 Axles here lately, I would strongly recommend that anyone who has purchased these axles perform a periodic check to insure you don’t run into the same situation.

Would give them worst that a 1 star if I could. They have sent me the wrong parts 3 times. Still don't have the right part. I have heard every excuse in the book; back ordered, lost in warehouse, shipping, processing, and no one cares. All of the bad things said on this page are true. Buyer beware!!!!

Bought a part for my truck (Wilco Off-road 5ft Bed Rack for Tacoma) from their website. Website clearly stated “In Stock”. Called them 3 days later after placing my order as I hadn’t received a shipping notification. Customer service agent stated that my part wasn’t in stock and that the manufacturer hadn’t shipped that particular part to 4WP yet and that it was still being fabricated. I explained that have a trip upcoming in 3 weeks that I need that bed rack for. I asked them to eat the cost of upgrading my shipping to next day/2nd day from the standard “free” ground shipping to overnight once the part was stocked as she admitted it was 4WP’s issue for the miscommunication. She said no way. I asked if it would be easier to have it shipped to a local store in order to speed up the process. She said that it “might be, but then if there is an issue, it’s the store’s fault, so don’t call here”. Moral of the story, never buy from 4WP. They have garbage customer service and don’t give a crap about you.

I ordered my suspension parts, confirmed they weren't backordered with the local shop, and then never heard from them the next day so I stopped by. They said a whole pallet was missing. One pallet made it, the other was gone. Later on I called customer service via the 800 number, where I was somewhat vaguely to go pee up a rope. Meanwhile, being naive, I'd already taken my truck apart. CS said it was the store's fault for not telling me it was backordered. But then I got them to admit that it wasn't. The entire pallet didn't get on the truck and they couldn't even tell the store, who was calling the independent trucking company when I walked in to see what was up. They acted like I completely imagined the next day P/U. I told them if there wasn't that promise I would have ordered cheaper elsewhere and had a UPS tracking number. They blamed me for taking the truck apart. I asked what my other options were, they said well we can't do anything about that, Holiday weekend. What? Maybe tuesday, maybe wednesday, maybe go f*** yourself. I could have Amazoned them and got them on SUNDAY of labor day, why would I ever go to these careless jackwads for 400 bucks of common items? I've never called a customer service line where they blamed their franchisees and then when that din't work just admitted they don't care. I'd have canceled but I'm pretty sure they just would have kept my money, going to talk to my bank tomorrow. DO NOT USE THESE GUYS unless they can show the part to you. Buy elsewhere, even if it means being patient. Because you might wait either way, I definitely got the sense from the store clerks that they were used to this, they had a routine down and didn't particularly care either.
