Casa espaçosa, bem equipada e com ótima localização, próxima a praias belíssimas e restaurantes. A equipa local fez um trabalho fantástico, cuidaram de tudo, sempre muito atenciosos. Com certeza retornaremos!

Feb 02,2025**Review:** I am extremely disappointed with the way this organization handled our booking. We made and paid for a reservation well in advance, only to have it canceled just a few weeks before our departure. This left us scrambling to find alternative accommodation, which turned out to be significantly more expensive due to the short notice. What makes matters worse is that the organization takes no responsibility for the inconvenience caused. Simply offering a refund is not a real solution, as comparable options are no longer available at the same price. We are now forced to book a much more expensive package deal, including flights, just to stay in the desired location. A professional organization should honor its commitments or at least provide proper compensation for the additional costs incurred. Unfortunately, that was not the case here. I would not recommend booking with them if you want reliability and peace of mind.

Jan 21,2025We hebben reeds 2 maal een villa gehuurd en telkens is alles heel vlot verlopen, zowel vanuit Engeland met Olivia als ter plaatse in Portugal met de medewerkers. Het enige minpuntje is dat je bij aaankomst pas om 16 uur toegang krijgt tot de woning. Voor ons een aanrader. Monique & Marc Villa Trinidad 2024

Jan 20,2025Unprofessional and Arrogant Customer Service – Avoid at All Costs Our recent stay at a villa managed by this agency was the most unprofessional and disappointing experience we’ve ever had. This was supposed to be our only family holiday in four years, but it turned into a nightmare due to their sheer negligence and arrogance. The heating in the villa didn’t work for four days, leaving the house unbearably cold. We repeatedly contacted their customer service, but for the first two days, they had the audacity to ask us to fix it ourselves. It wasn’t until day 5 of our 7-day stay that someone finally came to resolve the issue. By then, the damage was already done. The freezing conditions affected all of us, especially our child, who developed the flu due to being exposed to such low temperatures. We had to take him to the hospital, which completely disrupted our holiday. All the adults and other children were forced to sleep in triple layers to survive the freezing nights. Instead of enjoying our holiday, we spent it shivering and worrying. To make matters worse, their customer service is based in another country, and the representatives in Portugal have no authority to make decisions or help existing customers in a timely manner. The lack of accountability and care shown by this agency is appalling. We have visited Portugal six years in a row and have never experienced such poor service. This agency has completely ruined our holiday, and we would never recommend them to anyone. If you’re looking for a stress-free vacation, avoid this agency at all costs.

Jan 18,2025I stayed at Villa Palms during the middle of autumn, and we were really looking forward to the holiday, especially the kids, who couldn’t wait for some splashing in the water. Knowing the sea water would be cold at this time of year, we paid extra for pool heating. However, we were extremely disappointed. First of all, do not be misled by the pictures on the website! Despite the pool being labelled as “south-facing,” most of the day the pool area was in the shade due to the bushes and the fence. I repeat loudly, MOST of the day! Only a small triangular section of the pool gets sun, which is not nearly enough for two people, let alone a family of four or more. As a result, the pool never warmed up from the sun. You would think that paying for the pool heating would solve the problem, but unfortunately, that was a trick by the agency. They set the heating to a low temperature to save on their bills, so the water was never even lukewarm—it was just as cold as the seawater. This was a huge disappointment! If it hadn’t been for the heated pool, I would never have chosen this villa. I picked it solely because of the HEATED pool. Additionally, the air conditioners in the villa didn’t work and failed to heat the space, making the villa quite cold. We spent several days of our holiday trying to resolve this issue. On two occasions, we had to clean up after the air conditioners leaked large amounts of water. Why should we have to deal with this during our vacation? The agency initially tried to save money by asking us to fix the problem ourselves, then sent their own staff, before finally realizing that a professional was needed. Out of our 7-day stay, we had 5 days without heating. As a result of the cold conditions, my youngest child caught a cold, which developed into a more serious illness, requiring a visit to the emergency department. With all these problems, the other minor issues in the villa seemed less important and not worth paying attention to, which was a mistake. We should have inspected everything on the first day and reported every small maintenance issue. However, this was difficult because the villa was large, and more faults were discovered as time went on. For example, we discovered that the outdoor table’s leg is shaky, an unstable lampshade that kept moving, a socket in the laundry room that didn’t work and etcetera. To use the washing machine, we had to unplug the fridge each time, which was highly inconvenient. The first time we forgot to plug the fridge back in, some of our food spoiled overnight. Finally, the agency refused to return our deposit, blaming us for “damaging” the property. Among the issues they mentioned, I can only agree with the skimmer cover, which was flimsy and bent. We used to simply put it back as it was, but forgot to do that at the checkout day —certainly it was not broken, and I don’t believe they replaced it. Overall, it seems that if something is broken before your stay and you don’t report it (assuming the agency already knows about it), you're held responsible and forced to pay for it. This felt like a scam. Our complaints about the pool, air conditioning, and the lost days of our holiday were not taken seriously. We were never offered a refund or any discounts for future bookings, which I find very unprofessional.

Nov 07,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY We booked Villa Nespereira for one week in October. It was a chilled family holiday and we were very respectful. We left the villa in a better state than when we arrived. Upon arrival the lady and security who showed us around told us that there had been damages throughout the summer so not to worry about telling them. The villa was more basic than we expected. We have returned and now the company are stating that we caused damages to two subbeds (we didn’t even use the white sunbeds they claimed) and a tile. We definitely did not cause these damages and they are now withholding our deposit of €400. DO NOT BOOK with them as other guests have also complained of them accusing them of false damages.

Nov 07,2024Pool heating made for a warm pool to relax in and everything we needed 25 min away or closer a great place to relax and slow down you feel remote but everything close to hand just make sure you have a car for getting about but nothing is far away

The Villa was spacious and very clean with an amazing location, very close to the beach. The team was very friendly and very communicative and the whole process was super easy. We will definitely be back!

Nov 06,2024We stayed at Villa Nespereira in Albufeira from 19/Oct for 1 week we were 9 adults and 3 children We arrived at Villa just before 12 noon and our Villa wasn't ready until 4pm we got took to a left luggage holding area to leave our cases but were charged 10 euros per case When we arrived at the Villa at 4pm we were met with a lovely spacious Villa however it did not seem to match the photos that are advertised and it definitely was outdated. The general cleanliness wasn't 100% we had to clean most of the table tops and benchs before we used them. Around the pool area we were overrun with ants I know sometimes it's hard with the warmer climate but not good when you have children around the pool, also the pool area obviously hadn't been swept as there was cigarette butts all over. We made sure we left the villa the way we found it,we left it in an immaculate condition with no damage or breakages that we had done in fact we left it cleaner than it was when we arrived. The problem was when we arrived home we found out that we were NOT getting all our breakage deposit back, apparently for broken sunbeds and a broken tile, we are respectful people and can guarantee that we never damaged anything during our stay, there was some of the sunbeds damaged when we arrived but it wasn't an issue as there was still plenty of sunbeds to use, as I've read other reviews this seems to be a regular occurrence that people are not getting there money back for the same issues. This is appalling that we won't get our money back for something that we didn't do, it's the worst customer service I've ever experienced and will NEVER book with this company again. If I could give a zero review I would.

Nov 06,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. As the same as other people, they have falsely accused us of causing damages that we did not cause & kept part of our security deposit. As others mentioned they have accused us of breaking sunbeds that were already broken before our stay. We are a nice family with young children. We left the villa as we found and in immaculate condition. We are taking legal action against them as we believe they do this to a lot of people. It’s such a shame as we had a lovely holiday & would have recommended them if it wasn’t for this. They have also tried to remove this review many times.

Nov 04,2024The house was beautiful! It was equipped with everything we could possibly want. We loved the pool. We paid to have it heated, which was definitely worth it. It was so well used by kids and adults alike. The house is in a great location - just 15 minutes walk to the gorgeous Sao Rafael beach and 10 minutes into town in an Uber.

The meet and greet was a very nice surprise. We will definitely use this agency for holiday rentals in the future.
