Sep 27,2023We stayed in a villa in a fantastic location between old town and New Town albufiera. Property were very clean and garden and pool maintained. Plenty of space and room for 2 young kids to play. Property was very secure with locked gates and shutters. Pool is gated which again was ideal for kids. Sandra met us on arrival and was friendly and helpful

The heated pool and Jacuzzi were absolute gems. We spent our days soaking up the sun while taking in the stunning vista, and our evenings were filled with relaxation in the warm waters of the Jacuzzi, stargazing with a glass of wine in hand. The property itself was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Every detail was thoughtfully designed, from the well-equipped kitchen to the inviting bedrooms. It felt like a home away from home, only better! The location was ideal for exploring the Algarve. We enjoyed day trips to nearby beaches, charming villages, and local restaurants. But truth be told, it was often hard to leave the tranquility of our own private paradise. The property management team was exceptional. They ensured that our stay was seamless and that we had everything we needed. In short, this property exceeded our expectations in every way. Sep 27,2023SCAM!!! Just returned from a two week break with these clowns. Villa was not anywhere near what was advertised and was in a dangerous state of repair. The pool pump and heater were broken on arrival making the pool unusable for our entire stay(we booked the villa solely for the pool). Nearly all furniture was missing. We had no sofa to sit on and for 2 weeks had to sit around a table. Above the pool is a floor to ceiling window which was smashed with huge loose pieces of glass that could fall at any moment into the pool. Missing tiles on floor of pool and rusty. Broken and missing tiles directly around the pool which cut open my foot. This company ruined our long awaited 2 week break. No apology, no refund given, no solution offered. The rep that greets you will try and sell you boat trips that he claims are only available with their company. " The larger boats cannot go into the caves, only ours". Nope. That's a bare faced lie. Go with Belize at alberfeira marina, much nicer, more than half the price, lovely boats and they have a money back guarantee if you don't see dolphins. These people are con artists. Beware!! Avoid!!

Sep 27,2023stayed in a villa for 2 weeks stayed in a villa for 2 weeks , as per other reviews we were charged for 12 towels ,12 hand towels 9 duvet covers and 9 sheets .There was only 6 beds in the villa we only used 5 beds . contacted the company via Olivia grimes (i think she might be a robot). only response i got every time after numerous emails "thanks for your email , see you soon". pathetic customer service and hidden fees . Sep 25,2023Très bons moments passés dans une villa Algarve vacation. La villa était très agréable et fonctionnelle. Le bémol concerne les équipements et ustensiles de cuisine de la maison qui sont un peu limite (équipements minimalistes). Il y a le strict nécessaire, sans plus. Il faut dire que la semaine avant nous avions loué la maison d’un particulier avec un équipement pléthorique! Sinon l’accueil et le briefing d’arrivée fut sympathique, souriant et efficace (merci à Gabriella) avec en plus des conseils, astuces, adresses en plus des traditionnelles propositions pour des activités à faire. Nous avons d’ailleurs effectué une croisière sur un yacht via Algarve vacation (nous étions 4 couples) et cela a été un grand moment des vacances. Un grand merci à nos skippers Guillermo et Mario qui ont été formidables de gentillesse. Vraiment top.

Sep 24,2023Villa laura was amazing, very spacious and spotless. There was 7 of us and we had loads of space. Lovely balcony upstairs and great pool with loungers. So close to marina and lovely 15 min walk to old town. We got Uber few times back and only 5 euro. I'd highly recommend this villa and hope to be back some time.

Sep 24,2023The staff was very supportive and guided us very well. The instructions provided made it smooth to find the property and get settled in easily. Sandra welcomed us wamly and also gave us information about lot of places around to visit and food restaurants. Overall it was a pleasant holiday and we enjoyed our stay in Algarve. Highly recommended.

Dès notre arrivée, nous avons été accueillis avec un aimable salut par l'équipe enthousiastic d'Algarve Vacation. La maison que nous avons loué était tout simplement parfait : propre, spacieux pour 6 personnes et avec une vue magnifique sur la mer. Nous avons pu profiter au maximum des installations de la maison, en particulier de la piscine et du jardin bien soigné. L'emplacement était également privilégié, à proximité de belles plages et de charmants villages. Nous avons passé des vacances exceptionnelles pour nous six et nous recommandons vraiment Algarve Vacation à tous ceux qui souhaitent passer de bonnes vacances dans cette belle région du Portugal. Sep 15,2023A nossa estadia em Armação de Pêra foi realmente fantástica! Viajámos com amigos e todos concordamos que a villa superou as nossas expectativas. A localização é excelente, a uma curta distância da praia e perto de alguns restaurantes encantadores. Foi muito conveniente para nós. Aproveitámos o sol na praia e demos vários mergulhos no mar refrescante. A villa em si é perfeita para os amantes de design contemporâneo. Os quartos são espaçosos e confortáveis, proporcionando uma noite de sono tranquila após os longos dias de praia. A decoração moderna em toda a casa adiciona um toque de elegância. A piscina foi um dos nossos locais favoritos, onde passámos várias horas a relaxar, aproveitando o sol e as vistas panorâmicas. A cozinha totalmente equipada foi um bónus adicional. Agradecemos à Algarve Vacation pela hospitalidade incrível e pelo excelente serviço prestado. Recomendamos vivamente e mal podemos esperar para voltar!

Sep 12,2023Je tiens à exprimer ma plus grande satisfaction concernant notre récente expérience de location de vacances avec votre entreprise le mois d' août dernier. C'était la première fois que nous avons choisi Algarve Vacation pour nos vacances en famille, et nous n'avons pas été déçus. Nous avons loué une magnifique villa pour notre séjour en Algarve, pour ma famille. (mon mari, nos deux enfants âgés de 4 et 6 ans, ainsi que moi même :). Nous avons été agréablement surpris par de nombreux aspects positifs de notre séjour. Tout d'abord, la maison était tout simplement parfaite. Elle était grande, propre et disposait d'un jardin charmant où nos enfants pouvaient jouer en toute sécurité. Les chambres étaient confortables, et la cuisine bien équipée nous a permis de préparer des délicieux repas en famille. La villa était exactement ce que nous espérions pour des vacances reposantes. La situation de la villa était également idéale. Elle était proche de toutes les commodités et de la plage, ce qui était particulièrement pratique avec de petits enfants. Malgré sa proximité avec tout, la maison était située dans une rue calme qui nous a permis de nous reposer en toute tranquillité. C'était le parfait équilibre entre l'accessibilité et la quiétude. Je tiens également à souligner l'excellent service que nous avons reçu de la part de votre équipe. Votre personnel a été extrêmement accueillant, professionnel et attentionné. Ils ont répondu à toutes nos questions et nous ont fait sentir comme chez nous dès notre arrivée. Enfin, je voudrais mentionner un petit incident qui s'est produit le dernier jour de notre séjour. Notre plus jeune fils a malheureusement vomit sur le tapis de la villa. Cependant, je tiens à saluer la réaction courtoise et compréhensive de votre équipe face à cette situation imprévue. Ils ont assuré la gestion de la situation avec calme et professionnalisme, ce qui nous a grandement soulagés. En ce qui concerne les transferts depuis et vers l'aéroport, nous avons trouvé ce service très pratique et confortable. Cela a contribué à rendre notre voyage encore plus agréable et sans stress. En résumé, notre expérience de location de vacances avec Algarve Vacation a été exceptionnelle à tous égards. Nous avons passé des vacances mémorables en Algarve, et cela a été grandement facilité par votre entreprise. Sep 10,2023Cet été, j'ai réservé une maison de vacances avec Algarve Vacation, influencée par des amis qui l'avaient déjà fait. C'était une bonne recommandation, car j'ai pu obtenir la location d'une maison présentant les caractéristiques que je souhaitais et située dans un endroit idéal pour ceux qui, comme moi, aiment être proches de tout, mais dans un logement qui me permet de me reposer quand je le souhaite. Je suis partie en vacances pendant une semaine avec trois amis et c'était super. Transfert à l'arrivée à l'aéroport, très belle maison et proche des bars, restaurants et de la plage. Nous n'avons donc pas eu besoin de louer une voiture. L'un des soirs où nous sommes sortis pour nous amuser, lorsque nous sommes rentrés à la villa, nous avons réalisé que nous avions laissé la clé à l'intérieur de la maison... ! Mais ce n'était pas grave, car l'entreprise dispose d'un service clientèle 24 heures sur 24 et une dame très gentille est venue nous aider ! La maison est propre et fonctionnelle et les serviettes et le linge de lit ont été remplacés aussi souvent que nous le souhaitions. Il y en aura d'autres l'année prochaine ! Nous recommandons Algarve Vacation et nous réserverons à nouveau avec eux.

Ficámos verdadeiramente surpreendidos com a variedade de casas que tinham no seu portefólio. Decidimos alugar para 2 semanas uma villa perto de Albufeira. Todo o processo de atendimento foi bastante bom, muito acessíveis na comunicação e profissionais. Quando chegámos na casa garantiram que estava tudo em ordem. A casa estava espetacular e tivemos durante toda a estadia o apoio de alguém local para qualquer questão que tivéssemos ou conselho que precisássemos. Sep 07,2023Quest'anno ho riunito la mia famiglia, sparsa in tutta Europa, in Italia, Spagna e Francia, per una vacanza con Algarve Vacation. Abbiamo scelto Villa Charlotte e non poteva andare meglio! La villa è fantastica, spaziosa, moderna e super confortevole. Gli spazi ricreativi sono di prim'ordine, la piscina, l'idromassaggio e la sala giochi favoriscono la socializzazione e la gioia di riunire la famiglia. È stato davvero indimenticabile! Abbiamo notato che c'erano dei lavori di costruzione nelle vicinanze, ma questo non ha influito affatto sul nostro buon umore e sul nostro riposo. Abbiamo chiesto degli asciugamani extra a causa dei bambini e ci sono stati consegnati lo stesso giorno. Il giorno prima della partenza i bambini hanno rotto 2 bicchieri, abbiamo subito informato il supporto locale e con nostra sorpresa ci hanno informato che avevano capito la situazione e che non avrebbero detratto il valore di 2 bicchieri dalla nostra cauzione. Questo è un servizio eccellente. Ci è piaciuto così tanto che alcuni di noi avrebbero voluto restare qualche giorno in più in Algarve, purtroppo Villa Charlotte non era disponibile. Eravamo in pochi, Algarve Vacation ci ha suggerito l'Appartamento Salgados e siamo rimasti comunque molto soddisfatti sia del soggiorno che del servizio. Lascerò il Portogallo tra pochi giorni, ma sono molto contenta dell'esperienza!

The decision to use the case storage service upon arrival was a stroke of genius and well worth the investment – it set the tone for the rest of our stay. Staying in the townhouse felt like stepping into a cozy haven. It was meticulously maintained, and every detail seemed to cater to our comfort.
