Jul 30,2024Onze accommodatie in Albufeira voldeed totaal niet aan de verwachtingen die de website schetste. Alles was verouderd, scheef of beschadigd. Bij aankomst maakten we meteen foto's en brachten we de problemen onder de aandacht van de contactpersonen, maar dit leidde tot niets. Het gras rond het zwembad was verdwenen, waardoor er alleen een grote zwarte zandvlakte overbleef. Dit zorgde ervoor dat onze handdoeken vies werden, en hoewel deze weer schoon werden na een wasbeurt, werd dit bedrag van onze borg afgetrokken. Ook claimden ze dat er een stoel kapot was gegaan, maar er werd geen bewijs getoond. Dit werd ook van de borg afgetrokken. Ondanks meerdere e-mails blijft een oplossing uit. Helaas hebben we hierdoor geen vertrouwen meer in Algarve Vacation.

Jul 29,2024Villa Lanzarote in Albufeira zag er toaal niet zo uit als op de website. Alles was oud, krom of kapot. Bij aankomst meteen foto's gemaakt en alles doorgegeven aan de contactpersonen, maar dat heeft niets opgeleverd. Het gras bij het zwembad was verdwenen. Het was één grote zwarte zandbak. Hierdoor werden de handdoeken ook vuil. Deze konden met de was weer schoon worden, maar werd gewoon van de borg afgehouden. Ook gaven ze aan dat er een stoel kapot was gegaan, maar elk bewijs ontbreekt nog altijd. Toch werd dit ook van de borg afgehaald. Na menig mailwisseling komt er geen verbetering. Helaas is het vertrouwen in Algarve Vaction weg. EXTRA NOTE: dit is helemaal bizar, ben vandaag (30-07-2024)gebeld door een medewerker van de Algarve Vacations, ze was geschrokken van deze review. Ze heeft zelf aangeven dat de villa inderdaad niet een goeie review krijgt! Maar vervolgens vraag ze mij wel of ik deze 1 sterrenreview wil aanpassen naar een 5 sterren review,in ruil voor een bijdrage!! Hier ga ik natuurlijk niet mee akkoord! Onacceptabel!

Jul 23,2024Sind sehr zufrieden mit Algarve Vacation. Seit Jahren fahren wir an die Algarve, denn hier ist das Klima das beste in Europa. Im Winter milde 20 Grad, im Sommer nicht so heiß wie z.B. in Griechenland oder Kroatien, denn wegen der Lage am Atlantik nur selten über 30 Grad. Algarve Vacation kennen wir schon seit einigen Jahren, immer sehr zuverlässig und seriös. Die Villen sind nicht überteuert wie bei anderen Agenturen und immer top. Besonders Villa Boa Vida ist fantastisch ! Manche schlechte Bewertung hier überrascht. Es fällt aber auf, dass diese oft deutsch sind. Ist es das "deutsche Hobby" alles zu tun, um nachträglich noch Preisnachlässe zu erhalten und mit schlechten Bewertungen zu drohen, falls dies mißlingt oder Ersatz für Beschädigungen eingefordert werden? Wir werden uns jedenfalls weiterhin und immer gerne an Algarve Vacation wenden.

Jul 17,2024The villa was beautiful however the customer service received after our stay was poor to say the least. To start with we could not check into our villa until 4pm despite landing at 10am, we was not even allowed to leave our bags there. Instead charged €2.50 per hour PER BAG to keep our bags at their checkin centre. To be told 5 days after we had checked out they were withholding our £2000 deposit due to “damages” but refused to tell us what these damages were. It then took a further week to hear from them again. £2000 is a considerable amount of money and to leave a customer worrying for an extended amount of time about this is disgusting. We have finally received the bill after 2 weeks and thankfully most of the deposit is being returned. What we are being charged for is £200 for new towels. If you are going to provide white towels for a villa it would be reasonable to assume these might get dirty. Some pictures provided are towels with sand on them, shocking! Clearly a company that just wants to squeeze as much money off customers as possible.

Perfect location and amazing service (owner of the house coming to say hello, if something was broken we had a technician we could contact and a guy coming to check the chemicals in the pool every few days)! Had an amazing week with my friends, would absolutely recommend to anyone <3

Jul 14,2024The Villa was beautiful, clean, in a great location and was everything we dreamed of. It’s a short walk to new town and beaches and a short uber to old town. On the second morning we had the pleasure of meeting Steven who gave us a bunch of recommendations and possible exertions. We decided to go on a yacht for my friends birthday and WOW is all I can say. It was a day to remember with beautiful views, fun activities, great staff and great food. The staff as a whole are the most welcoming, helpful and polite people ever. We will definitely be back to this amazing place.

Jul 05,2024Excellent location just a 10 minute walk away from the new town strip, with bars and resteraunts. A 10 min cheap taxi away from the old town too. Amazing villa with everything you need for the stay. Staff were so helpful and friendly and sorted us out with every question we had. Would recommend to anyone to stay here.

Jul 03,2024Excellent customer service! Arranged transfer from the airport to our villa, sent a rep around the following morning to run through the property and possible excursions. Also recommended places to eat. Customer care was very quick to deal with an issue we had with our fridge. Villa was spotless and had everything we needed. The heated pool was an excellent bonus! Aldi a short walk from the villa along with cafes and restaurants. We can’t wait to return!

Jun 17,2024A fantastic experience. Back in September, I had the daunting task of booking a Villa for 26 people! I decided to go with Algarve Vacation due to positive reviews, as well as having a stunning property for me and my 26 friends - Villa Charlotte. A special thanks to Olivia Grimes - throughout the process she has provided fantastic customer service. Very quick to respond - even during unsociable hours, answering all of our questions in detail. The Villa was perfect for us - equipped with a games room, a pool and 2 hot tubs. As well as being a 10min walk from the beach. Thank you Olivia & Karen for a lovely stay. We'll be sure to contact Algarve Vacation for our next stay in the South of Portugal.

Aug 13,2024Séjour magnifique , une villa d’exception, avec sa piscine . Maison très bien équipée avec une table de billard et de ping-pong , de très bons moments passé en famille et amis. Une maison que je recommande à 100%. La plage se trouve à même pas 10min en voiture . Endroit au calme
