Jan 22,2022Ordered quite a few items and when they were delivered one item was missing, there was no packing list enclosed. (a £2.99 pkt of crisps). I emailed them to let them know. They contacted me within half an hour. "ADAM" then said that he had picked and packed my order & that my missing item had been sent and could I check my end again. I then sent a pic of the crisps that I had been sent. This is where it gets a bit pathetic, he didn't contact me again. Now..... let's get real here, it's a £2.99 pkt of crips but it's the principal. A company that has clearly made a mistake and does not take responsibility for it. Luckily for me I paid via PayPal and got a refund for the missing item. If this is how you treat you customers then you'll get reviews like this. Do your self a favour and use "American Sweets"..... it's a better service & their cheaper.

Jan 06,2022Ordered from here a few times ordered 2 days ago come today I ordered the £10 sweet box. But not worth the cost when working the price out if I brought them all separate I'd of saved myself £4.55 as working prices out. It was alot cheaper to just buy individual. 😞

Dec 31,2021Easy to shop with but quite a lot I wanted was out of stock so couldn't order. Arrived in time. Package was all in tact. Even had some free sprout chocolate balls in my box amongst the package peanuts and a discount code for my next order. One of the items was in a dpd bag inside the box. Bit lazy on that part but overall, great experience. Got everything I ordered and more.

Dec 22,2021Everything was great only gave one star less because the order was shift and one of the drinks expired the day the goods arrived. The Pringles were also crushed but all the other crisps were in good condition. I also appreciated the small freebies that were in my order, gave them to my little brother. Will be ordering again soon!

Dec 04,2021First time using them, no issues with ordering/delivery or products. Everything had decent use by dates and was as described. Some bits a wee bit pricey but still competetive comparing with other companies, and considering it's all American grocery & unable to get a lot of it here in Uk, definitely worth it. Grandson's been looking everywhere for a Wonka Bar, he's going to be well happy.

Dec 03,2021Ordered on Saturday and received it by Thursday with cheapest postage which is very fast especially before Christmas! Glass drinks came very well packaged to protect from braking, received numerous updates on my order throughout the time. Also have added freebies even when the order was small. Prices are better than other American candy stores I have seen. Definitely a 10/10 experience!

Nov 26,2021Just received my parcel and I'm impressed. I got a surprise selection box and wow! The contents are amazing and well worth the money. We'll packaged as none as the chocolate bars were damaged or broken. My little boy is going to be over the moon. Thank you!

Nov 22,2021I am so pleased with my experience with this shop, I placed my order Thursday evening and it arrived Saturday morning with regular updates. I opened my parcel today and everything was packed so well and with care. All the expiry dates are lengthy which was an issue I experienced from another American food retailer, so I am glad to see 2022 dates on everything. They also popped some free sweets inside which went down very well with my children. I will definitely be using these guys again without a doubt for all my future American online shopping.

The two times I have placed orders they have been packed and dispatched the same day, and I have been over the moon with the contents of the boxes. I can’t recommend them enough. Both orders were delivered within 24 hours of me placing the order too. Fantastic company.

Sep 21,2021I've ordered from here about 3 or 4 times now (at least). Everything is reasonably priced, they have a lot of sale items! There's always a discount code with your order too so your next one is even cheaper. Its packaged immaculately and dispatched fast. I ordered Sunday and it was delivered Tuesday at 8am! Perfect! Even had a couple of complimentary sweeties to try! Their variety is always incredible. I won't even look at other online worldwide sweet shops now (these guys don't just sell American treats!) This is my go to. Thank you and will be back again for sure!
