Dec 17,2022From start to finish I didn't have a great experience with this company. Issues with delivery to start. Reached out for help and got refunded £2.98 for a damaged item. Spent £60 and honestly not happy about what I recieved (mystery boxes). I understand its Christmas and things can go wrong but so disheartened. Will not be using this shop again.

Dec 15,2022I ordered from this company at the end of October, I was reviewing my current bank statement and seen I was actually refunded 6 days ago the cost of my order - my order was part of a Christmas gift and they didn't even bother to email me to say my order had been cancelled - very bad service. If I hadn't of looked through my statement I wouldn't of realised and still been hoping my package would of arrived next week, so disappointed. Just as a reply to your response I made sure I didn't receive an email before posting my review checking all inboxes - again I did not receive a notification of the cancellation.

Dec 15,2022Company does not post items and lies saying "it is with Royal Mail" when it clearly is not because Royal Mail will scan items when received and their system updates it immediately automatically!

Dec 12,2022Got the £10 clearance box,Really not worth it at all!!!! I could understand if it was in date but its not and they're selling some of this stuff for 20p, won't be buying again, just a con to sell crap for higher price

Dec 01,2022Website was easy to use we ordered a drink mystery box and a sweet, crisp and chocolate mystery box we were totally satisfied with our order my children were full of excitement for every item even if they hadn't heard of it before the variety was fantastic and delivery time was fab too and everything packaged perfect

Nov 16,2022So I got my box today at first when I looked at the box it was quite small for £20.. but I opened the box and some stuff I like and some stuff I didn't andit seemed to have brands that I didn't know and alot of small stuff then big stuff! So im kinda disappointed that I spent £20 on not proper brands only a few! I think il try another company now tho.

Nov 04,2022Prices on shelves for some things, but not all. Ridiculous prices for those not marked - £14.99 for packet of sweets and £9.99 for popcorn. Reviewed receipt and asked to return straight away. Told no returns. Disgraceful.
