Jul 23,2024Ordered £40 worth (2 £20 mystery boxes) and received half the price worth of products. Emailed to see if it had been a mistake as I've ordered a £10 mystery box in the past and it had exactly the same stuff in as what I've just hot in the £20 one but hot no reply. I emailed again a few days later and messaged the Facebook page still nothing. I've cone to the conclusion they just rip people off when it comes to the mystery boxes, will never order again!!

Jul 05,2024My order came on time but was missing the 2 main items I’d ordered it for - Jolly Ranchers and Blue Sour Patch Kids. I know the disclaimer is down to stock levels, just don’t feel the alternatives were of a similar value.

Jun 30,2024Ordered a box of sweets for Father’s Day. Some items were missing when I received the box. No response from email or social media. (2 weeks since I tried to contact them) Do not waste your money. You won’t get what you’ve ordered, they don’t answer any emails or messages and they don’t rectify the issue. Extremely Unprofessional.

May 10,2024Writing another review as my other one got deleted. My son spent his money on sweets from this shop and basically got scammed. What is inside the box and what is sent is appalling. I have tried to reach out to customer service but they blocked me from there social platforms and not replying to emails after I requested a refund. They delete bad comments/complaints to the point of blocking you completely. **This is not an honest business** I would warn others not to spend there money especially if like my son he saved for this. They don’t seem to care that they have scammed children and sleeping at night doesn’t seem to be an issue for these guys! If you want in date sweets/American candy go some where else and save your time. Crooks is best word to described people who run businesses in this manner.

Apr 11,2024I ordered from there three times and there were always messed up products that I didn't want, of course if you ordered something for £10 the messed up product will cost 3-4 £. I emailed them - no response. No support. Their chips are expired (Pringles) I don't recommend.

Apr 09,2024DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM. It has been reported to trade and standards. But I think many others have too. We never received our order and my little boy used his birthday money and paid hexy day delivery. They block you on any site you try to comment on. How this scam company is still running is beyond me.
