Order damaged. Contacted them, no response. Tried calling multiple times. Phone doesn't get answered. Went through clearpay to dispute order, seller ignoring clearpay too!
Order items that were in stock, for 3 weeks later to be told actually they are not in stock

Hi I ordered 6 packets of millions fizzy cola babies.and when I received my order there was a pack of 6 tiny packs which when I opened 1 was a tiny cola shaped bottle with when eaten turned out to be bubblegum.this is not what I ordered.and when I emailed to complain.iam being totally ignored.there are far better store's to find where they go out of there way to help customers with complaints.please take note of this.or you will be ripped off like I have been.

Waste of money sweets are tiny and some were open so went in the bin wouldn’t recommend using this site thanks for your sarky reply but i wasn’t talking about the Taffy sweets or the fruit chews i meant the mystery box and the last order the Cheetos were open definitely be swerving yous in future customer service reply’s a joke
Normally I order from here a lot however this last time I ordered some Memphis bbq Pringles, when they arrived they didn’t look anything like the picture online and mentioned know where that is was Memphis bbq so I sent a pretty nice email to them just explaining what came wasn’t what I ordered as the picture shown online clearly showed a different coloured packaged with the words Memphis bbq on them I then got an email back saying “that’s the colour in America” Firstly I have been to America 15 times in the last 20 years so I know this is not the case. Second the writing on the back is Spanish not English so clearly not from America Third when I questioned weather the picture was incorrect online (false advertising) I was ignored I basically paid £3.99 for a smaller pack of BBQ Pringles you can purchase in any supermarket in the UK for a £1 Still not had any response back
Part of my order was a bag of pick and mix and they’re awful, melted and stuck together. Not really edible at all. Also ordered a mystery box and was really disappointed. I’ve messaged the company twice and still not had any response.

Edit: Review down to 1 star. Why? Because not only are they taking advantage of their customers selling prime £20+ a bottle/can, but they are actually going out their way to block anyone on social media for disagreeing with it, which is very laughable. It's disgusting, predatory pricing, and the truth hurts. It's about time UK government ended scalping. Businesses like you give small businesses a bad name. Ordered from this company a couple times before - order was correct and no problems. This time, I ordered Memphis BBQ Pringles. Received the original BBQ instead. Personally, I'm okay with having the original BBQ instead as it's still the USA version and not the UK version, but if this was intentional if you don't actually stock Memphis BBQ, this needs to be corrected on your website, as some people are obviously going to complain. The rest of the items (6x Monster Maxx Super Dry) were correct though. Only just past best before date this month, although not a problem as it should still be good to drink. I was expecting it to be past best before date too as the price was reduced.

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Ordered over £100 worth of items, it arrived to find many items missing. Cue the back and forth all day with them. So far they're just saying they will investigate further, nothing about replacing or refunding my items. Very stressed out and unhappy. Also for some reason I'm unable to put this review on their FB. Edit: Some stuff has been found but still got missing items. Their customer service is severely lacking, they are beyond unprofessional and rude. Avoid this company as I will be in future. Edit 2: AVOID AVOUD AVOID!!! They ignored my emails for over a week but upon getting paypal involved they are claiming I'm lying about items missing because upon 1st inspection I didn't notice some cans which where randomly packed in fanta box under the rest of my order. When I found the cans I instantly told them I'd found them items but I'm still missing stuff. Why would I a customer who will happily spend hundreds of pounds a time argue over about £10 worth of items if they were there. I'm heavily disabled so I don't need extra stress, that to me proves I wouldn't look for stress when I have to limit my stress levels. This company is an absolute scam and will be reported to trading standards.
My experience was amaizing lots of American chocolate and candy to choose from cheap and very fast reliable delivery and packaged lovely 🥰

I have spent over £50 on this company around the end of may start of June , I had picked some drinks on preorder to come at the end of July which is fine but I also paid £6 on too for next day delivery no where on there site does it state my whole order would arrive at the end of July , regardless of this even if it had I still have not received a single item and have tried contacting the company more than once the communication is a different type of useless and I will never be using this company again . I advise to look else where before giving away money to somewhere the people can’t even respond let alone have no expansions . Seems to me they can’t admit there mistakes so ignore instead . Terrible .
This company completely ignores you when you email then. Three times i have emailed them about the order i recieved being wrong. Not one reply, they ignore you completely. Bad customer service will not be using them again
Awful service, wish I read some of these reviews first! Would give 0 stars if possible. I ordered some chewing gum (totalling £3), but had to make up my order to £5 so ordered a drink I didn't particularly want just to get the chewing gum. They then emailed me to say the chewing gum wasn't in stock (why was it available on the website!?) and that they'd refund it. I emailed back within minutes of their email requesting they cancel the order explaining that it was simply an add on item for the chewing gum that I really wanted. They completely ignored me. Next day received the parcel with the one thing I didn't want. They refunded the chewing gum, but I still needlessly paid £7 for a small bottle of drink I didn't even want in the first place. I tried emailed again no response. I tried contacting them on their website chat. AGAIN no response. I have now tried requesting a refund through Amazon Pay which I'm hoping will prompt them to action. Still will not shop here again.
