Jan 09,2024SCAM COMPANY!! AVOID!! Ordered item on 30th December. Didn’t get it because they put my postcode as my door number on the delivery details. Emailed these guys but it’s been totally ignored. Feel scammed. Update: still no reply nor refund. Ive sent 2 emails in the last 4 days and nothing. Update, still ignoring my emails. Product was sent back to them via Royal Mail, I never got it and they are still ignoring my emails and kept my Money.

Dec 22,2023Single twinkies arrived with no best before dates and state not for sale separately ... Clearly taken from a box and sold separate ... Which I believe is not allowed! Have emailed company and no response. Can't give as present as intended total waste of money ... Avoid avoid avoid

Dec 06,2023I have used the company on several occasions and there has never been a problem. I received my order and 1 item is missing. They say to let them know within 48 hours. I emailed, I used their contact form, I called and left a voicemail, I used Facebook message to send them numerous messages where it says they get back to you within 24 hours and I've still heard nothing at all. It isn't for a large amount but it was something for my daughter's birthday and its the principal - why should I pay for something and never receive it. I will not use this company again. Very disappointing.

Dec 02,2023Purchased 5 boxes of junior mints, only received 2. Only realised after they had arrived, and was told after emailing support that they were out of stock, but they sent two anyway without the option to cancel. I would have cancelled if I had known.

I have ordered from this company a few times and in August was the last and I won't be ordering from them anymore, they only gave me half of my order contacted them through their website and emailed them got absolutely no response messaged them on Facebook told that I would be getting a refund for the missing items have not received any sort of refund and they stopped responding. Please stay away from them.

Oct 27,2023Expensive, tried and tested previous favourites are not the same quality, delivery takes ages and costs a lot of money on top of the import mark-up and then item missing from order with very slow, so far no response from Customer Services.

Oct 05,2023I ordered one of their mystery American candy boxes and what I received was a load of crap! Obviously a box of stock they can’t sell. The majority of the contents I can buy at my local corner shop. Very disappointed, don’t get ripped off like I did.

Feb 14,2024I ordered the Superbowl mega mystery box for £50 and I was really excited to get some nice American candy for a change. Here is what I received, Remember this was £50 - 1 can of Dr Pepper Cheer 1 Can of original Dr Pepper share bag of lays BBq crisps Lays Stax BBQ Pringles hot an spicy a box of whoppers A bag of some werthers candy apple A bag of popcorn and some twizzlers. Oh and don't forget the UK branded 1kg bag of pick n mix chocolate. 10 items. 10 items and a lot of disappointment. I added it up and with sales on the website, it would have been cheaper to order all this individually. It took two attempts to contact the company and all they said was please use us again. The website is joke, the prices are ridiculous and I will never use this site again.
