Jul 02,2022We have used these for a couple of years now. Usually spend a couple of hundred over the year, never had any issues. Delivery has always been on time so fair play to DPD. Quality of the products had always been good, highly recommend you try them. A lot of things can be out of stock in the summer and seasonal times such as Christmas and that, so you have to be quick to get onto some of the more popular items.

May 28,2022I had ordered a bunch of stuff from this place. My delivery adress needed altering so i had emailed the company straight after i had placed the order. No emails were opened and responded to, instead they shipped it out. I then called them on the number 01473 220404. The guy answered then hung up on me. I called back numerous times and he refused to answer back. I then called on his personal mobile. Again he kept ignoring me. Customer service is apalling. I then received an email saying they couldn't do anything about it and they have contacted Royal Mail. I then called Royal Mail and they had informed me the sender did not contact them and needs to get this sorted. Absolutely disgusting stinking customer service ! Will never purchase from here again !!! I will definately be making it known on social media !

Apr 29,2022They have a message to say 8-10 day order dispatch due to influx of orders and warehouse move. I have waited now 18 days from time I ordered and still have no delivery date. Try contacting them via their chat and no kne replies, send emails and you get automated replies seems like this company can't get their orders out absolute disgrace and a shambles😡

Apr 23,2022Absolutely shocking ‘business’ been waiting nearly 3 weeks for my order which said would be delivered in 2-4 days!! No customer service to talk about. On several occasions have live chatted with a robot that only knows one answer. Have sent many many emails and no response what so ever! I’m now £50 out of pocket and nothing to show for it. Will NEVER use this store again!!

Feb 15,2022Misleading descriptions, expensive and products arrived damaged. Owner changed website once I pointed out it was misleading and then ignored me over the broken products. Owner has no sense of customer service, he is just rude and doesn't care once he's got your money. It's a shame because there is a good range of products. Won't buy from here again.

Feb 03,2022I ordered a mystery snack box worth £15 and a mystery drinks box for £15. I was happy with the amount I got for both, there was a good few bags of savoury snacks and I got 6 cans of imported drinks, so I thought it was definitely worth it. Shipping was fast too! My only negative point would be to just be aware if you’re buying a mystery drink box for children or those who can’t consume caffeine as 2/6 of the drinks were high caffeine based energy drinks. I wasn’t aware that these could be included but I guess the description is just ‘soda/soft drinks’ so it was my own problem. Just a note for others buying!

Jan 27,2022Ordered a £25 mystery box,received 3 boxes of cereal,that didn’t even amount to £25. Was told they missed the pot from the order and after over 10 emails received a £1.99 refund,obviously not happy! Customer service is non existent and they only reply when they want to. I’ve given them since the beginning on December to sort this and nothing but being ignored. Asked to return but yet again been ignored. Would definitely not recommend! Reply : please prove to me where have replied to the numerous emails? Every bit of negative feedback you have an answer for.. these same boxes were retailing for less than £7 on your website at the same time! Also you sent me two of the same! In reply to your reply - I meant two of the same priced cereal. It’s still all here in the box waiting for return! I refuse to pay £7 a box of cereal that I can but else where for a lot less,a mystery box you usually get your moneys worth.. not with this,looks like an ongoing issue with your company looking at the reviews! Funny how quick you are on the replies now you’ve been publicly shamed! Update 31/01 - still no reply in regards to the returning of these items. I have now opened a dispute with my bank to claim the money back.

Jul 04,2022I placed an order on the 25th of May and still haven't received my order.Was told it was sent on the 29th of May to Royal Mail but wasn't giving a tracking number which I find strange never heard of this before when ordering from anybody have always been giving a tracking number.When you email them you don't always get a reply which I think is bad for business. I'm from Dublin, Ireland it shouldn't take this long for an order to come.I won't be ordering again from this Company bad for business
