Aug 29,2021Products have a very short shelf life, did phone and talked to a guy saying i wasn't happy there was only matter of about 8 weeks best before date on half the products.Said he would phone me back but he didn't. So i phoned again no offer of a refund for short date life of products.will not be buying from them again. Very bad customer service.

May 24,2021I will put my hands up and admit I usually use a different online store for my US imports, when my regular site was unable to fulfill my craving to being sold out for weeks, I scoured the internet to find a site who had it in stock all I can say is 5* I have just received my 2nd order and couldn’t recommend enough kept in the loop from ordering to dispatch which was rapid will definitely recommend to friends and use again & again thank you for fulfilling my addiction!!

May 21,2021** UPADATE: never contacted me back to arrange a return after putting this review on so left having to pay for ruined goods!! AVOID AVOID AVOID. ** Ordered over £50 worth of items. Mainly for a gift. The box arrived and a crisp packet had burst open and everything was covered in grease from them. I wasn’t able to gift the items as they were all stained. Some items very overpriced. Not happy with the service I have received I messaged via their website and had no reply until I emailed them and sent them photos and all they said was they would arrange a collection. To your reply: I never said I ordered the items that were overpriced. I was review you as a ‘company’ and staying my opinion which surely is what reviews are about. Yes I used a discount code is that illegal?! The return should be at your expense it not my fault it arrived in the condition it did. Also delivery is free if you spend over £50 it’s your website you should know that lol it wasn’t a voucher that gave me free delivery!!
