Apr 15,2021Unfortunately I have to give this site 1*. I ordered the £49 "mystery" box and it certainly lives up to its name. Most of the items in the box you can pick up in B&M and Sainsbury's for a fraction of the price. 15 of the 20 items I received I can buy from these stores for £28 in total. (Same products and size). Message the site a week ago with my concern and they do not seem to care. Trading standards will be informed with my evidence collected. They had a chance to put this right and chose not to. So have to take next steps. Edit as can not reply: the service was good, you did as I ask correct when it came to what I wanted but that's about it. Correct the box amounts to roughly £49 based on YOUR prices and I found most things apart from about 2 on your website. Plus your website states "worth MORE than £49" which is simply not the fact even based on your pricing.My problem is your overpricing for things you can pick up from Sainsbury's and b&m nearly half the price. 10% and free delivery is something you offered all customers at the time of order.

Apr 08,2021Great selection, I actually cancelled a monthly subscription to another American sweet box and started ordering from here, the choice is fantastic and I get a lot more for my money plusI get what I actually want by ordering from the American candy store. Always Fast delivery, items always come well packaged and I have never had a problem with my orders, everything is there and in good condition. Keeps my daughter in her supply of grape fanta, apparently the zero one in the shops don't taste as good as full sugar!! 😁

Mar 27,2021I ordered 3 mystery boxes and they were £20 each. I received a small box and inside was 8 small chocolate bars, not even £5 worth of sweets and not even £7 worth of drinks. It is such a rip off

Feb 13,2021I ordered a big shop from here, package showed up with 1 burst can and pickle juice all over everything. The box was damaged, all boxes inside were damaged and I emailed to try and get to the bottom of it and have so far had no further response.

Feb 11,2021You guys are doing god’s work for american expats in the UK — incredibly fast shipping on snacks that are impossible to find here. That said, the flaming hot popcorn is just not the one... it’s like cheeto dust on stale popcorn :(

Feb 05,2021With being unable to travel to the USA last year, I recently decided to seek out some real American treats as I was desperate for my Cheetos fix! American Candy stores had all the items I was hoping for in stock, (apart from Orange Fanta). Everything was reasonably priced for US imports. I especially liked the fact that I could choose DPD for express delivery as I find they are the most reliable courier. I was kept well informed about the status of my order and it arrived well within the quoted delivery time. All in all, very happy with the service from American Candy Stores and will definitely be using them again!

May 20,2021My girlfriend is quite partial to a can of Mountain Dew (the US version.) We used to purchase it now and again for £3.00 a can whenever we were at our local "USA" sweet shop. I discovered this website selling cases of Mountain Dew some time ago. Every time I have ordered it literally arrives next day. This company is so quick on delivery. Price is great considering the cost of importing, duty etc. I usually would not write a review but a local business such as this deserves credit and admiration. Thanks again will definitely continue to purchase from American Candy Stores. If you could please stock Moon Pies double chocolate, my brother keeps pestering me for an order!
