Worst website ever! Takes over 5 minutes to process a payment if you don't get an error message first! You try to log in and it doesn't accept your password and when you try to change it it says you have no account! Tried 5 times to get the site to send an activation code to my phone before giving up and phoning them. If the mobile service is as woeful as the website I will be going elsewhere very soon!

Your Asda male staff member was extremely attentive and listened to my issue, he not only fixed the problem, he monitored my progress and repeatedly phoned me back checking on my progress to make sure I could now phone internationally.

Still unable to activate the sim card as Asda is incapable of sending an activation code. 🤷🏼‍♂️

I can't rate the service itself, as its not possible to pay to use it. So I can only rate the broken website and systems Asda use. - cannot register a PAYG sim with account, as per so many recent reviews authentication message never arrives. Requested my account to be closed as it's impossible to get started. So glad I didn't sign up with a plan in advance!

The speed is very good and the coverage is very good too I use my hub as a portable device due to the sim card option I have and so far the network works brilliant anywhere I have took it Too amazing coverage

One of the worst mobile service. I tried to register new sim multiple times but the verification code never arrived. I gave up and moved to another provider. don't waste your time.

Appalling service! I cannot even list the amount of complaints I've made due to the awful service. I strongly recommend you choose another provider if you are on the look out. I have had nothing but trouble where may daughter has been left without data more than she has had it! Promise after promise that next month it will be sorted, but. to no avail, I started having problems in May last year (possibly even before that), and guess what... another issue today 😡

I couldn't create an online account. Call centre was no help. Issue was escalated and got no help, still waiting a month later. I went with Lebara.

The Asda mobile app is useless. I've been with them for 2 years now, and I still can't activate my chosen bundle. Have deleted and reloaded app several times, but still not able to do it.

I joined Asda mobile at the end of last year.After I got my sim card ,I decided to cancel the contract.This was well within the cancellation period of 14 days.I contacted Asda mobile to cancel,and was told"no problem"its within the 14 days.As far as I was concerned that was that.However much to my horror,on checking my bank statement I find that on December 2nd Asda mobile had taken £133.71 from my account.On contacting Asda mobile,they said that there had been a mistake,and the money would be refunded.As to date no money has been received.

It's so easy to go and top up my phone card. As a pensioner with just a,mobile for making calls or texts is my life line when I'm out. I get txt too say it's been put on and a message saying it's been topped up when it's due. So l know exactly when too too it up again. Brilliant service

The SIM arrived promptly, and I fitted it as soon as my contract with my previous supplier expired. I rang 2732 and gave a lovely lady my PAC number, and she said everything would be sorted within 24hrs. It wasn't, and it took around 60hrs! But that was nothing compared to what has happened with my Asda Rewards, which I signed up to when I purchased the SIM in order to get my 5% cashback on my monthly payments. Note to Bernadette...I worked with 4 of your service agents, and one of them brought in your tech team...Still have the problem 🤔

Utterly shambolic! Had to order same SIM card twice, neither arrived. Have now cancelled order and asked for a refund and that hasn’t happened either. Have blocked any further payments to Asda through my bank account, because I have my suspicions that they will try and another payment this month.
