I was unable to activate my sim online, but a quick phone call resolved this problem. Since then everything has been fine so far!
Unable to link number to account. Support expected far too much effort from the customer to rectify. I gave up.
Unable to link number to account but reading other reviews I can see this is a common complaint, verification codes not being received. Pleased I only got a free sim, so at least I'm not losing money. The 2 stars are for the customer service, call was answered quickly and the lady on the other end was lovely, although couldn't resolve the problem. Have been trying for 4 days but as I'm a reasonable person so will give it another week but if not rectified will have to go elsewhere.
App needs details and passwords to be entered twice. Very klunky.

Easy to register. Bought for my elderly parents as back up when their landline went down. Service agent was very helpful and polite
ordered two Sims and none of them would activate we've ordered Sims from Asda before and they've worked completely fine but these two recent ones when we tried to set them up nothing would work at all.
I really wish I could give lower than 1 star, as Asda Mobile really do not deserve even that. Without doubt one of the worst experiences I've ever encountered. The website to register for an account or register your SIM should be extremely straight forward. The website does not work, full stop. Unable to register SIM, as page just refreshes to login/register page. Register for account, exact same result. Repeat a few times and eventually get the request to confirm by clicking link in email inbox. I've clicked the link on various devices, but receive a combination of unrecognised details, wrong captcha (there is no visible captcha and all steps were performed correctly, repeatedly) please refresh and try again It's a simple process in principle, but Asda Mobile just don't seem to care that it doesn't work, or they have incompetent people running things. Please avoid for your own sanity

Reasonable prices and a good network, but their online account management services seem to be broken. Several times over a few days I've tried to register my Asda Mobile number on their website but the verification text never, ever arrives. If they can't even send a verification text to one of their own mobile numbers, they clearly have problems. I've given up and gone elsewhere.

Rubbish! Bought 2 SIM cards, one for myself and one for my partner for text and calls only, both pre-paid £4 SIMS, unable to register online, seems like a scam, ASDA Mobile not interested, avoid!
