I tried few times to log in to do the SIM card but no avail because I am unable to use my phone

Asda Mobile offer Talk & Text only bundle which is all I require for a basic handset that is not a smartphone. Other companies don't seem to have this option & still charge for data a "dumbphone" owner is unable to use. Setting up account fairly easy, & transferring my original number across from previous provider very simple to do.
Took a week to get the sim. Could not set up an account and could not link my number. In the end I cancelled the sim.
Cannot get online activation to send code to mobile handset despite trying for days to do so. Customer services could not rectify and told me to keep trying. Therefore cannot set up an account or manage my service. Even more frustrating is that they keep sending texts telling me to do so

Got a pretty good deal on Sim only contract. £5 per month with 3Gig Data, Unlimited calls and texts. I'm more than happy with that!

Yet again topped up, money taken from my account but no bundle was activated. Rang several times. Every other month there is a problem when I am trying to top up. Website is always erroring and throwing out messages. But one thing it does do well is manage to take the money from your account but doesn't give the credit!

Had a few issues that weren't Asda Mobile's fault (only mine) so had to make a few calls to sort out a new number and SIM. They were very helpful and sorted out my problems. That's all you could ask them for, so I'm happy.

Feb 14,2025Very efficient and super quick in sending the sim card. Changing from Sky to Asda and keeping my old number was very easy to do. I couldn't believe the amount of data, along with free calls and text messages I have for £7.00p? Sky were putting up prices and cutting back on data? So I stuck the proverbial two fingers up at them and changed over to Asda.
