Fahrt nach Costa Calma Ruck zuck ,der Papierkram wurde freundlich und kompetent erledigt.Kein Problem mit der Bezahlung per Card also alles vollkommen unkompliziert erledigt Was will man mehr. Sep 06,2024All good. Car was thoroughly checked over. We have our own insurance. Read the email they send you. Go prepared, then you'll be fine. Don't go totally uninsured, or you'll be back here moaning you got ripped off :-)

Tout en Ă©tant dĂ©sagrĂ©able et hautain Je ne conseille absolument pas cette compagnie !

Sep 05,2024Forced us to do a full insurance directly with them because when i got there with an American Express credit card, the most common credit card in the world, they did not accept it. So i could only pay with a debit card and to do that they want us to add the full insurance. The cost of the insurance was ~200 euros which is the same as the cost of the entire rental. The "full" insurance did not cover the tires and we had a flat, so we also had to pay the damages for the tire. Amazingly they DID accept AMEX to take the payment for the damages. Also there's an 80euros for out-of-hours dropoff that was not communicated to us not at the moment of the booking (when we had already inserted the dropoff time) nor by the employee at the moment of taking the car when we agreed on the time again. This company is trying to scam you out.

Sep 05,2024Pour rĂ©cupĂ©rer le vĂ©hicule, nous avons dĂ» patienter plus d 1h en pleine canicule avant que se soit notre tour. Que 2 personnes Ă la rĂ©ception pour sâoccuper de toutes les personnes qui viennent rĂ©cupĂ©rer et rendre leur vĂ©hicule. Au dĂ©but la location nâest pas trop chĂšre mais pour pouvoir avoir une franchise Ă moindre coĂ»t il faut encore payer. Autrement le vĂ©hicule Ă©tait trĂšs bien et en excellent Ă©tat, quasiment neuf.

Sep 05,2024Lo Ășnico reseñable es que cuando reserve el coche por Internet, no se me indicĂł que debĂa pagar mĂĄs dinero por la carta de cruce de fronteras a paĂses no EU. Por lo demĂĄs, todo genial, me dieron un coche de superior categorĂa.

Sep 05,2024Great Car and Well staffed reception we were seen to immediately. All was good car was almost new and well presented. They pointed out three small marks on the car, we brought it back with no additional damage so our deposit was refunded in full. Nice relaxed experience

Sep 05,2024Voiture trÚs propre confortable comme prévue lors de la réservation. La compagnie se situe à 200 m de l aéroport. Mauvaise surprise en effet supplément de 300 euros car nous n avions pas une carte de crédit mais une carte de débit. Nous avons fait plusieurs locations de voitures à l étranger et c est la 1ere fois qu on nous impose une assurance supplémentaire au lieu de la caution bloquee sur le carte de debit, donc compagnie plus chÚre au final que les autres!!

Sep 04,2024L'agence AVIA Ă Pula Airport (Croatia) nous avait rĂ©servĂ© 2 belles voitures en trĂšs bon Ă©tat. Nous avons payĂ© 100 euros au guichet de l'agence afin de louer un GPS portable. ArrivĂ©s Ă notre auto, elle Ă©tait Ă©quipĂ© d'un GPS intĂ©grĂ©. L'agence a refusĂ© de nous rendre les 100 euros... L'agence AVIA a insistĂ© pour nous vendre 2 assurances supplĂ©mentaires de plus de 500 euros par vĂ©hicule, soit plus de 1.000 euros. Des touristes au guichet d'une agence voisine nous ont alertĂ© sur le fait que AVIA tentait de nous arnaquer car nous Ă©tions dĂ©jĂ couverts pour les dommages annoncĂ©s. L'agent AVIA, visiblement mĂ©content, ne nous a mĂȘme pas indiquĂ© comment ouvrir la barriĂšre du parking afin de quitter l'aĂ©roport. AprĂšs 20 bonnes minutes, nous avons obtenu l'assistance d'autres personnes prĂ©sentes sur ce parking. ..De tous les nombreux voyages que nous avons fait, nous ne sommes jamais tombĂ© sur une agence aussi mĂ©diocre !

Sep 07,2024Counter person communicated in english, and hand over person encouraged us to check for any damages and take photos before he handed over the car. Checking in the car was very professional and contract of closure was emailed within minutes. Great professional service. 10/10!
