Aug 26,2024De gros arnaqueurs ! Nous sommes partis en Croatie. On nous a demandé un carte de « crédit » car soit disant la carte de débit différée ne fonctionnait pas, alors qu’elle avait exactement les même options. Résultat : voiture payée en double (450 x2) + payer pour chaque conducteur en plus + payer le plein complet + payer pour aller sur les îles et d’autres pays. Si l’on ne payait pas tout ça il fallait annuler notre réservation et payer encore plus cher une nouvelle voiture. C’est une grosse honte et des attrapes touristes !!!! Pas aimables, ne cherchent aucune solution, alors que nous nous étions bien renseignés. Sur leur feuille c’etait très mal expliquer

Aug 26,2024Creditcard with name of my husband was not accepted. So we need to pay an extra issurance! Name of him was written in creditcard. Avia even did not accept. It was the same creditcard we used to pay our advance. Communication between Carjet and Avia was even not correct. We travelled for the 6th time to Croatia, but will never again take a car from Carjet/Avia

Aug 26,2024Car was OK but service at arrival was very upseting. They guy in frontdesk decided to charge us extra 50€ because he said we were not on the cue at 9pm (when we were!). We said ok becuase he refused to give us the car in case we not paying and we asked for the claim sheet to open a claim and he said AVIA do not have it (so its ilegal). We instructed him and give my driving license (which was due) and he proceed to authorize me to drive! what is VERY ilegal.. Service was very bad unfortunately so we cannot be happy at all.

Aug 26,2024We have received car, that still have to do the ticket maintenance and low level of oil. We rent car for 5 days and we can't lose time for maintenance.

Aug 26,2024J'ai loué une voiture pour 16 jours au départ de Dubrovnik. La voiture était trés propre en en trés bon état. Le prix était conforme à l'engagement. J'ai rajouté 125€ pour pouvoir assurer le vehicule au Monténégro et en Bosnie. je n'ai pas prix l'assurance ferry car je ne suis pas allé sur une île.

Aug 26,2024Staff where brilliant, prompt and fast service, car was an upgrade on a car originally booked, car was clean and new,booking was easy and as advertised. I have used Avia few times now in zadar and split and have find them really competitive on price. This review is on Zadar branch(airport) I will happily use them again on my next trip

Aug 25,2024Ma carte de crédit Gold toutes options à été refusé pour l'empreinte de la caution, car soit disant dans la base informatique il est stipulé qu'elle est uniquement une carte de " Débit " et non pas de "crédit ". C'est une carte visa Gold avec toutes les options et il est même inscrit la mention "carte de crédit" à l'avant de celle-ci. Resultat, obligé de payer un supplément de 260 euros sinon pas de véhicule. Nous avons été très écœuré de cette pratique et attendons un retour de la part de AVIA.

Aug 24,2024Easy to find it. I mean just 5 minute walk from Split airport so no rush or worry how to get there and back to the airport. Very friendly and hassle free collection and hand over to. Definitely use them again if we fly there.

Aug 24,2024I had a reservation pre-paid for 1 way. When I collected, they told me to provide the voucher, which they never sent to begin with. Then they proceeded to charge me with €125 one way fee, I did present the email I got showing I have already paid as the contract stated fully paid, and drop off in different location. They said, since i did not have the voucher (which they did not send) I could not prove this, even if my email was very clear, I paid for 1 way. They charge me a further €125 as I was going to cross the border during my trip (returning in the same country), yet that was not mentioned anywhere in my reservation, yet, they said, if I read the voucher (which they never send) I would have known. Have I had received this voucher and known this cost, I would have cancelled my reservation and shop for another rental car company. Those cost were never mentioned before, and my contract email was very clear that everything was included except for the extra driver, which I was happy to pay as I had accounted for. Of course, they completely ignored my email, as it was not "the voucher". I have raised a complaint and want my money back as this is totally unacceptable. And of course, I could not not pay, as I would not be given the car... Total rip off.
