Jun 23,2023Baker Ashley demonstrated that you don’t need to have a local solicitor to get excellent service. We have never met but I still feel like I know them well. All correspondence was through e-mail but all responses were swift, professional, yet had a real sense of the personal. The cost of buying and selling can vary enormously throughout the sector but Baker Ashley were really competitive. It was a fixed fee and when problems arose, not of their doing I add, there were no additional fees. I cannot recommend them enough. Thank you B&A.

We were extremely nervous and unsure of the whole process being we were first time but Julie at Baker Ashley Solicitors was amazing throughout. She updated us throughout the whole process and answered all our questions. All in all this was an extremely quick and painless process with no hidden fees!!!! Can’t thank Julie enough, she is a credit to the team and we would definitely use her services again.

May 28,2023This was our first house purchase. It took 3 months in total which is awesome. Bang on our desired completion date. Very happy with that. It feels though as if all the work has been done the last month, which was a bit stressful. The first 2 months there was very little communication and we were a bit unsure at times about the process. So the 4 stars are just because of the lack of communication and answering to emails. Nevertheless they have been very polite and helpful over the phone. Generally we are happy as everything was eventually done on time and we've got our family home.

May 16,2023This is the second time i have used Baker Ashleys' services when selling property. Each time i have found them to be efficient, responsive and empathetic to the potentially stressful conveyancing process. In the preliminary period of selling i mainly dealt directly with Rachael and then David as we neared the end. Both were easily contactable and made the process a pleasure. I felt i could contact them at any time to clarify aspects and i genuinely felt my interests were at the heart of things. The online information was useful to see where i was in the process, which documents had been received etc. I would definitely use their conveyancing services again and have already recommended them to family and friends. The process did take 4 months but only due to complications with the property, no fault of Baker Ashley. Thank you for getting my purchase done and would definitely use them again.
