Really happy with their work. The online system they have for keeping track of the sale's progress was a helpful touch.

Apr 27,2023I used the firm for conveyancing to sell my London property - it didn't matter that they were in Wales. Debi and Andrew were efficient and responsive to my queries. It was a fairly straightforward transaction that included the sale of a joint-share of the freehold along with the leasehold. I noted that they dimissed frivolous requests from the buyer's solicitors and represented me well. There was a reliance on email for almost all communication, except at the beginning and end of the process. I would recommend them.

We had two properties fall through (vendors pulling out both times) and by the third stress levels were high but Lisa and Sue prioritized our case and pushed it through and we completed quickly on our beautiful house! Highly recommend.
