I lost the remortgage opportunity at the time just because the solicitor did not do their job on time and now it is costing me a fortune. Please go find another solicitor company

Jan 25,2023Lisa, Sue and the team took on our house sale and purchase mid way through a move and acted with understanding and speed, doing a thorough job and even managed to get us moved in close to our original completion date. We were very happy with the service and would definitely use Baker Ashley again.

Jan 24,2023I Would definitely recommend Baker Ashley solicitors , Stephanie Lewis and Nikki Kiss have been fantastic throughout. I sold a house with them last year and was very impressed , hence why I used them to purchase my most recent property . Stephanie and Nikki are both professional , knowledgeable and polite , We had a tight deadline to meet for this purchase in order to have a substantial mortgage early exit charge refunded , I explained this from the start and they both did there upmost to facilitate this . We were kept up to date with the progress throughout and they were both very quick to answer any queries that we had. We can’t thank them both enough , they are a credit to the company .

Jan 18,2023My advice is not to use these conveyancers. I use these conveyancers on the basis of there being no charges, and within seven days I was being asked for £60 payment to verify documents. And this was just the start of my interaction with this legal firm. You can never get hold of these people it is practically impossible, they are rather rude and my advice would be to look at some of the Google reviews, as clearly they only send trust pilot review document when they know the customer is happy. It is safe to say that, thankfully I managed to stop the instruction of this legal firm whereby, I have been able to go elsewhere. I am going to report his legal firm as what they’re doing is quite frankly, wrong. They are more concerned of my reviews of poor company’s! Generally people only leave a review of bad experiences! Unless the company brides for positive reviews. Useless company, I wouldn’t go near them unless you want your legal fees MUCH higher than the quote.

Dec 27,2022Andie and Natalie handled the sale of a probate property for us. I thought it would be difficult as both executors lived in Malta but they made everything so easy. A super friendly, approachable team that were a joy to deal with. Ultra efficient with very fast responses to every email. Highly recommended and exceptional value for money.

Nikki was exceptional in keeping me aware of the latest position and even when I was concerned about the completion date, my mind was put at ease. There’s a reason why moving house is one most stressful situations and despite some complications all the staff eased the property through included intervention from the MD Cerys. I would have no doubt in recommending BA.

Dec 21,2022We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Baker Ashley for conveyancing services, having had Lisa Aplin and Sue Wykes handle a recent transaction on our behalf. Having moved to the UK from overseas we find the sale/purchase process over here more than a little cumbersome and risky (gazumping, collapsing chains and so on) but Lisa and Sue guided us through the process leading us to a successful conclusion. I suppose the best recommendation is that we would happily use them again

Dec 21,2022This was the second time we have used a 'remote' conveyancing solicitor for a property transaction and would definitely do it again. We completed a purchase and sale in just over three months, start to finish. There were a few 'lulls' where it felt like not much was happening but this is to be expected with any property transaction; particularly as we were both buying and selling. Lisa Alpin was our solicitor, supported by Sue Wykes and we found them both to be courteous, efficient and communicative. The online tracking service was very useful, mainly for us to understand roughly where in the whole process we were at any given time. Thank you and I hope you have a peaceful festive break.

It was complicated as we lost our first purchaser after a few months and then there was an issue with unregistered land which needed resolving before we could progress the sale. Nataly Giacovazzi helped us with all this and was very responsive when we had any questions. It was a pleasure to deal with her and the team. The final bill was what we expected and was reasonable for the amount of work done. Would certainly use this company again and would recommend to friends.
