The portal page is a helpful way to track how your case is going as you get an update every time an action is completed. Would definitely use them again for a house purchase and recommend to others.

Due to unforseen circumstances I required legal help and was given a very short timeframe to respond to my employer. Sophie took on my case and explained everything to me very clearly, she helped me to understand my rights and gave me great legal advice. Feb 14,2023After a recent awful experience with another conveyancing firm, it was a pleasure dealing the Baker Ashley. Nikki and Stephanie always responded to any queries i had and if i ever needed to phone them i could easily get through, unlike a lot of these huge firms that estate agents seem to push upon you. I'm not local to the area, and it made no difference. 100% recommend.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Baker Ashley throughout this process, particularly from Debi Tobin who was the main person handling my case. She was calm and professional throughout, and kept me fully informed. I would definitely use Baker Ashely again and I recommend them to others.

Feb 10,2023You would think that when you request that a cheque you had been sent for £5 be cancelled and a bank transfer be done it would be a simple process ….. NOT when you deal with the ever helpful FEMALE PARTNER (who refuses that her name be published)who needs the cheque returned with a letter ……MADNESS… I wonder if the attitude has anything to do with my previous complaint to the SRA about her? Avoid her at all costs UPDATE ….. firstly this is totally separate to the previous issues as has been made clear. In relation to the SRA the individual concerned was written to in order to remind them to be professional. The Legal Ombudsman took 18 months to look into by which point all the info was no longer available but they have today been contacted. As for attacking a named individual that’s utter rubbish and I suggest a formal apology is posted by the author of the response ….. do we need 3 guesses who it might be …… unlikely
