Dec 01,2022I booked Baker Ashley after using a comparison site and have not been disappointed. They have provided a very effiecient and responsive conveyancing service. Nataly, Sean and Denise have always been helpful and responsive and the physical distance between myself and the practice in Pontypridd was not a problem. Good value and a very good service.

Nov 30,2022Nataly made the process very easy to navigate and was extremely professional, knowledgeable and always available for advice and guidance. The Hoowla system was a great way to track progress. Overall process for sale and purchase was completed start to finish in three months. Great service and would highly recommend Baker Ashley and especially Nataly Giacovazzi.

Nov 23,2022Ok - so I found this company through an on-line conveyancing site ( try and go direct to BA if you can). My house and land purchase/transfer in Suffolk initially appeared simple, but soon became complicated as a probate sale and due to various covenants that surfaced. David and his assistant Rachel were first class. David was incredibly diligent and his attention to detail was reassuring. Offering me thorough explanations to issues that arose, whilst offering sage advice, his thoroughness dealing with the legalities reassured me that eventual outcomes would be favourable. His knowledge accompanied by his cool head was refreshing. In the back ground Rachel would answer my calls, keep me updated, communicated urgencies and supported me through the laborious administration. The legal team representing the vendors were not always forthcoming and pro-active but Baker Ashley continued the momentum, engaging with diplomacy and authority to deliver a complicated purchase ( and an easier house sale from my side) in approx 3 1/2 months - rare in this climate. Having worked with International corporate lawyers, there are no flies Mr Isaac and his team. I can not recommend them high enough. MP, Clare, Suffolk

I couldn't rate them highly enough, complete opposite of a solicitors stereotype! Replying to emails quickly, providing realistic completion goals, calling back when the receptionist tells you they will, and giving you their time and reassurance that they're on top of your file.

Got us over the line on a purchase which had a probate within it in 10 weeks. Would not hesitate to use again or recommend them, not to mentioned there rates are lower than most. Can’t say enough good things! Always rung back if they were busy which is a rare these days! Thank you again Andie and Natalie for all your hard work!
