May 18,2022I completed today on my leasehold flat after 5 months, nobody’s fault just mortgage lenders being ultra careful with cladding. Nataly and Chrissy couldn’t have been more helpful, always responding and nothing was too much trouble. You could follow the case on line, it was very transparent. I would highly recommend and use again

May 14,2022We recently used Baker Ashley to complete the purchase of a leasehold property. Despite never visiting their offices the process was very well organised and efficient. They use Howla online case management software which makes it easy to monitor the process and see exactly what has been done and what the next step is. Our work was handled by Andie Roberts and her assistant Natalie Abdo who I have to say were outstanding. Nothing was too much trouble, my emails always got a prompt response and if I needed to speak with them a call back was quickly arranged. Having used a few solicitors in my time I would 100% recommend Baker Ashley.

Very efficient and completed this in a matter of just a few weeks, communication was excellent throughout. Both Sara and David were helpful and guided us through the process to make the whole experience far less stressful than it has been before when doing similar. May 03,2022I used Baker Ashley for conveyancing on sale of a BTL. In the final stages there was a massive acceleration for completion by the buyer. Sue Wykes was handling my case. Sue wasn't fazed at all by the buyer changing the goalposts and managed the whole thing calmly and without fuss. I always felt assured that things were under control and nothing was too much for Sue. I can't praise Sue enough and would highly recommend her for a 5 star service.

We had heard that sales of leasehold properties could be difficult but we did not find this to be the case with Baker Ashley. In particular we would like to mention Andie Roberts and Natalie Abdo who were always on top of the process, actioning and monitoring tasks very promptly. We always felt they were in control of the process and kept us informed of progress throughout. When the buyers solicitors requested at 24 hour exchange and completion at very short notice, Andie was immediately on top of the situation and delivered the completion within the timeframe. We could not recommend them more highly.

Nothing was ever too much trouble, always got hold of one of them or if they wasnt available ALWAYS called me back. I will definitely recommend them to my friends and family and if I ever move again which is highly unlikely as just built our forever home I would ask for Andie and Natalie again. Lovely job. Thanks to Sue and Lisa who didn't give up chasing all other parties involved to ensure we completed the remortgage on time. They always kept me updated on issues. Very professional and would definitely use them again.

Mar 30,2022From start to finish Baker Ashley have been amazing!! We had Lisa and Sue who throughout the whole process kept me informed with everything going on with both are sale and purchase. We had a quick change in completion date which brought it forward quite a bit, but Lisa did everything she could to make this happen for us and she did it whilst also keeping it all stress free for me and my husband. I cannot thank them enough. This is our 3rd move if we were ever to move again we would not hesitate to use Baker Ashley again!
