Dec 14,2021Overall the input and feedback from the team involved was great. There was some slow movement at the beginning of the process but once it was running the progress sped up well. In the end when it came down to completion it all went smooth which is the main thing. Lisa and Sue were very good and responsive. The quote was pretty much on par with the final costs as well which was good. Would recommend and will use again.

Dec 10,2021Nataly and Heather were great to deal with, absolutely on point and helpful with all of my queries when managing my house sale/purchase. If it were not for Nataly's and Heather's profesionalism and willingness to chase things along, I feel I would be still in the process of moving! Comparing Baker Ashley to the conveyancers instructed by the other sellers and buyers was chalk and cheese, the ball was never in 'our court' for very long! Wouldnt hesitate to recomend to a friend. Thanks both for getting me in the new property! :)

Always professional, helpful, prompt, friendly and kept things simple when explaining legally complicated jargon. On top of that, Baker Ashley's rates are very reasonable, I was quoted 3 times their price by some others !

Despite being completely naive for the purchase process, Baker Ashley Solicitors and in particular Andie Roberts and Natalie Abdo were very helpful and I can’t thank them for their huge efforts, patience, and cooperation. In addition, despite the delay we encountered with the house seller, Andie and Natalie kept chasing the other side for weeks until we managed to exchange and complete. I am very happy with the service I received and I highly recommend everyone to use Baker Ashley Solicitors.

My only slight reservation is they possibly could have been slightly more proactive with information rather than responding to my requests for info, however whenever I did get in touch via email or phone, responses were always quick.

She was thorough, tenacious and professional throughout our transaction. She is very knowledgeable and we felt as though we were in a very safe pair of hands from instruction to completion.
