Apr 27,2021As a first time buyer, I was a little unsure what to expect as I’d found Baker Ashley online. I’d been recommended some solicitors in my local area, but Baker Ashley’s reviews were amazing so I was excited to start my journey. Then the process started.. after having a bad first month with Baker Ashley and having no progress on my case (as I believe the case handler was leaving) then.. along came Andie, what a fantastic professional asset to your team. My whole process with Andie was simple and easy, she informed me of any changes/updates every step of the way and was an amazing sounding board when I’d get frustrated with my estate agent. Andie truly encompasses everything that you could expect (and more) in a solicitor and I really do appreciate her knowledge and professionalism. I have finally completed on my house today, and I really couldn’t recommend Andie anymore!! Thank you so so much for all of your help!

Apr 22,2021We had a rather difficult time purchasing our house, with a house falling through and then an incredibly demanding agent dealing with the next house. Julie was incredible!! I was heavily pregnant during the process and Julie did everything she could to ensure I was sheltered from the bullish behaviour the sellers were exhibiting. We were so fortunate to work with Julie, she is kind, genuine and has the most incredible sense of humour. We are so grateful to her for making what could have been a very stressful process as smooth and trouble free as possible. It did take much longer than we anticipated and with some troubles in the end but Lisa did everything to push it through and made completion happen. We are extremely happy to have fonud such a wonderful and professional solicitors and would highly recommend to everyone.

Mar 11,2021Do not use this company, avoid at all cost! Worst company I have ever had dealings with in 40 plus years! Over the of purchasing my apartment I had 4 different solicitors dealing with it, so the whole thing took far longer than it should have and due to the delays it cost me an extra £2000 rental cost. Calls were not returned and communication was very poor, (this was prior to the pandemic), the use of their Hoowla system was next to useless as they did not bother to update it. When asked for things they did not appear blaming it on the Hoowla system. I complained to the MD and was told if I didn't like the service to go else where, not very helpful, if I had gone else where I would have lost my property. Not recommended at all!
