Jun 10,2017Great service from start to finish. The representative who called was very informative and not at all pushy. We were really pleased with the quote and decided to go ahead. The engineers who installed the boiler were lovely they did an excellent job and cleaned up after. The electrician explained how everything worked. First rate service from start to finish. Basi were recommended to us and we would definitely recommend to others.

Jun 07,2017Had BasI to fit my new boiler today which I wasn't looking forward to, but it couldn't have been easier ! Lewis, Zack and another guy ( who thought he could sing!) turned up, they worked non stop covered all the carpets and cleaned up afterwards. They did a great job and it didn't take as long as I expected.They were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble and if there's any problems I can ring anytime great service....just make sure you have plenty of teabags in !!

Jun 01,2017From the first visit by Chris, the estimator and cost assessor, the installation a few days later went perfectly smoothly as he had told us it would. The combi boiler we selected and had installed was just what we wanted and on completion the workmen cleaned up and took away all the rubbish from the work-site. Since they have left we have been nothing but completely satisfied, Hot water instantly, ahhhhh!. We would definitely recommend BASI Heating as a company to trust and enjoy their work.

May 28,2017The pre and post sales customer service, from the guys in the office (Gareth) managing my enquiry, surveyor (Chris) and Installers (Lewis and Tanny), was consistently perfect from start to finish. The overriding perception is that every individual involved in the process genuinely cared and had a sense of pride both in their work and for the company they work for. Can't recommend them enough. The brochureware and website isn't bad either.

May 22,2017It was an easy choice when deciding who should we employ to sort our boiler. After a lot of shoping around, dealing with sales reps some of whom had never seen a plumbing certficate. This team were spot on. Chris was fab. Nothing is too much trouble. Workmanship is clean and all the guys were great. Thanks to you all. Highly recommend

Had new boiler fitted on May 8th by two great guys (Alex and Aran) couldn't wish for two better workmen.From start to finish kept everything clean and tidy and at the end went through every detail with me. May 06,2017Basi are a sound local and reliable company with a good team of staff from sales, engineers, customer and after care service. Our boiler was 30+ years old and bills have been really high. We had a separate water tank and all round inefficient household. The engineers Lewis and Tanny were on time, helpful, cheery and got on with the job and cleared up the mess after. They installed a combi boiler, removed the old water tank, removed the old boiler, flushed out and cleaned the radiators and showed me how to use the new system. Looking forward to a hassle free service and low energy bills. Thanks guys!

Apr 11,2017Replaced old boiler and direct hot water cylinder with modern system boiler and indirect hot water cylinder, and moved it from the kitchen to garage at the same time. This required some new pipe installation under the floor, removal of old water tanks from loft etc. All in all a decent sized job. All completed on time with minimum mess, and nice helpful guys who carried out the work. Not the absolute cheapest quote we had but it was competitive, and overall I'm happy to have paid a little extra for a professional service. One small problem relating to the thermostat on the hot water cylinder meant the boiler didn't heat the water in the cylinder correctly at first. Fortunately the cylinder they installed had backup electrical immersion heaters which we used over the weekend, so we weren't without hot water despite the problem. Basi sent an electrician first thing on Monday (the next working day after we reported the issue on Saturday) and the problem was fixed immediately. No issues since then. Anyone can make a mistake, the real measure of a company to me is how well they rectify problems, and in this case they responded as quickly as could be expected with no quibbles. Overall I'm very happy with the service they provided and would highly recommend.

From the lads and girls in the office (Steve is great) to the really knowledgeable engineers they employ. Paul Harrison deserves special mention (gas engineer).Hes done a terrific job fitting a gas fire at my property today. His work is excellent !!!!! Apr 06,2017We recently had a visit from Kultar of Basi Heating then 2 days later the engineer Imran arrived to replace our boiler, I have worked in the building trade for 30 years so I am aware of the obstacles faced on various projects. The engineer was very friendly committed clean & tidy he also addressed a few other issues that were found and worked late to make sure the system was back up & running the same day.
