Apr 04,2017The Basi team did a very good job installing our new boiler and getting our system up and running again. From customer call staff to heating engineers, the service was efficient, friendly and helpful throughout. We were very impressed and will certainly call on Basi should the need arise.

Apr 01,2017Overall satisfied with the installation and cost. Boiler working great. Agreed on initial survey and sales visit that a particular filter would be able to be boxed in flush with the window. Work instruction not passed on engineer and he reluctantly had to move the filter which required reworking the pipes. Secondly on packing up I found that throughout the course of his work he had managed to stain the oak worktop. Pointed that out to the engineer who said it was there before he started although it was still wet. Rather than discuss it with him i took it up with BASI who sent a joiner out to rectify it.

Mar 25,2017Very good from start to finish, stated it would take 2 days to install new boiler, it took a day and half. No complaints at all. I would recommend to anyone.

Mar 17,2017Overall very happy with the service we received having a new boiler,pipe work and 2 new radiators installed.Workmen were very professional although felt a little more explanation of the work undertaken would have been helpful.Very happy with the new boiler and we are finding it easy to use.

Feb 24,2017I am pleased that I chose Basi to install a new central heating system. From the start the workmen showed care and consideration, reducing the disruption as much as possible. Each stage was explained to me and the final instructions were delivered with patience and humour. They left no mess at all and responded to any request very promptly. The company in general is friendly and very informative and giving me good quality information to inform my choices.

Feb 24,2017This company was excellent from start to finish. From the start they gave me good advice and performed the installation brilliantly. My situation is very confusing with such a lot of other things going through my boiler and they weren't fazed in the slightest. My flue to the out side had to be moved up four feet which meant that they had to drill through my floor boards and through the wall in the hallway. The carpenter came and made a box to cover and protect this to my specifications ....all done in one day. They were ALL amazing and very professional.

Feb 24,2017I can't thank you enough. From initial contact with the 2 Chris's to installation with Lewis and Tanny I cannot fault a single thing. The new boiler and nest system was up and running within 24hrs of the quote. (A fraction of British Gas prices and much more friendly.) If anyone is in any doubt who to get a new boiler from...look no further!! Thanks again guys and I'll see you in 12 months for the service!! Mark

Feb 22,2017I would just to say a big thank you to the engineers at basi gas , from start to finest iv had nothing but professional and honest advice and work ...Chris was ace who was very professional and everything I got promosied on the quote was fulfilled by bob and Stuart who did a great job in my new home at waincliffes. I was really impressed by Imran butt one of the engineer at basi heating who was extremely polite and had a genuine concern , he has been round today to set the programme and explained everything to me about my new heating system , he also told me to call the office if I had any quiries about anything which made me feel like I was in safe hands.... excellent job Would recommend basi heating to all my family and friends great team

Feb 17,2017Just had a brand-new boiler and cylinder placed in my house by this team. All new pipework to the radiators were replaced. Lewis and Tanny Who carried out the work were absolutely brilliant. The water and radiators are now piping hot. Dust coverings were placed around the house to minimise debris. After the job was completed they clean the house top to bottom and no mess. Brilliant job. Well done lads

Feb 14,2017Around 2009 we had a gas fire installed by Basi, recently it started to play up a bit so I called Basi again. Spoke to Steve and booked an engineer out to have a look. When Paul came to have a look he said that he remembered installing the fire and it was clear that it's done its time and best change it. He also tested the chimney as a precaution ( very professional in my opinion). I then asked Paul about putting two radiators in our toilets. Paul had a look and said it was doable. So Steve rang me back with the quote which sounded a bit dear to be honest. I was thinking of getting the parts myself to try and save a bit until Steve explained to me if it took longer than the estimated time then I'd need to pay the difference and the parts would not be warranted. Made sense to me, so Steve booked the job promptly as the temperatures weren't getting any warmer. On the day Alex rang me to say they were half hour away as we'd arranged for someone to open up. On arrival Alex rang me to say the jobs looks a bit more complex than it was anticipated by Paul. Nonetheless the end job was completed with great satisfaction. Aaron and Alex both were fantastic in terms of wanting to tackle the job and achieve the job they came out to do. Ultimately you are what you do, not what you say you'll do. True example of helping people, even when you know they can't help you back. Hey thanks guys !! The world needs more of you guys..simply good people.

Feb 10,2017I'd had a few companies out to look at our boiler, approx 23 years old. Thought I'd made my mind up until I heard Basi on the radio and thought there'd be no harm in seeing what they had to offer. Chris, the surveyor, was incredibly knowledgable, and at no point did he come across as a pressure salesman. He checked our pipe work (others didn't), checked our brickwork (others didn't), quizzed me on any plans for extensions (others didn't) that we had to determine the power we would need to heat a bigger house. The price was about the same as the others, but even if they'd been dearer I'd have still chose them. Chris was a revelation. The work was booked in and completed in 3 days. No hassle, complaints, or fuss. Even when it was found that our super old boiler had pipe work that was backwards to the new boiler, they simply got on with it and put it right. We now have a boiler with a 10 year warranty and a super warm house at a time when we really need it. Can't recommend Basi enough.

Feb 04,2017This company are excellent second to none, from Chris who came out to give us a quote, to the guys Tanny and Lewis who installed it all, and the electrician (dont know his name) they certainly knew their onions! They were incredible ....able to answer any question asked with ease, they were very professional, polite,efficient and hard working, nothing was too much trouble, They wern't the cheapest quote but worth every penny because as the saying goes.......you get what you pay for .....would highly recommend them ....a big thank you guys and keep up the good work!!!!

Feb 04,2017My boiler broke down on the Tuesday , I went on google looking for heating engineers and Basi contacted me Wednesday morning , sent someone to survey the job by lunchtime and then did the job on Thursday new boiler fitted. A very professional and friendly service from start to finish from office staff on phone to surveyor to workmen . No mess no fuss everything left as found. I would certainly recommend them to anyone

Feb 03,2017Couldn't thank basi heating for there outstanding work carried out to my boiler The staff were very clear and helpful The engineer who repaired my boiler was called imran and did a brilliant job , he was very competent and had a great sense of humour . The engineer cleared my pantry and once the job was completed and I was satisfied with the hot water he then placed all my belongings back into the pantry . thumbs up from me, would recommend to all...

Feb 02,2017Just had a new combi boiler fitted with 2 new radiator plumbed in and 4 radiators replaced. The basiheating team Lewis, Tanny and Ryan did a fantastic job and would extremely recommend them again. Excellent knowledge, very hard working and didnt mind when I pestered them to adjust my original plans. Cheers guys

Apr 05,2017Look no further, your in safe hands.. From beginning to end we could not have asked for a better service.. Basi were quick to respond to our initial enquiry, sending out a surveyor , who listened to our needs and priced the job there and then. It was a fixed price quote, regardless ( so no hidden extras to worry about ) The engineers Lewis & Tanny arrived as arranged. All carpets & flooring were protected using plastic covering and dust sheets ( New dust sheets used on every job ). Ours wasn't the easiest of jobs but they didn't let this faze them, staying professional and happy throughout. ( No "Mr Grumpy's" here) 😄 Tanny, Lewis, Ryan the apprentice & Andy the electrician were all very hardworking, polite, friendly and they take great pride in their work. Everything was left clean and tidy.. A big Thankyou to all !!! 😊
