Steve kept me updated throughout the booking process and everything was dealt with promptly from the intial booking, the service technician attending the property and servicing the boiler to receiving the final invoice. I highly recommend Basi Heating and will definitely be using their services again.

Jan 17,2017It's monday morning, it's below freezing and my boiler packs in. I give basi a ring. Within literally a couple of hours I had a guy round who knew his stuff. I had a boiler replacement and new series of pipework. The plumbers were excellent, didn't make a mess and we're just out and out nice chaps. Second time I've used basi and it won't be the lads....thanks

Jan 17,2017Fantastic service from start to finish, although the quote was higher than others, I chose Basi Heating because of the professionalism and knowledge of the staff, from Laine who provided the initial assessment and quote to Alex and Aran who arrived on time they answered the questions and concerns I had and got straight to work. They left the work area tidy and the workmanship was fantastic. Gareth also kept me updated throughout the process via phone and email.

Dec 20,2016Nothing but praise for these guys. Prompt response to initial contact for a visit / quote. Had 5 quotes, this and 2 others were within £100 of each other but the glowing reviews on here were the deal clincher for me. You're emailed before any member of the team comes around with a picture and their name. Not a big issue for me as a bloke but I can imagine this is extremely reassuring if you're a lady living on your own. The team who carried out the actual installation were on time,polite and very efficient. The above and beyond at this stage was that they covered all the carpet in protective film before starting the work which I'm sure wouldn't be done by most other firms. Overall, could not be more pleased with the result, I LOVE my wifi heating system - v.sad I know but controlling my wife's excessive use of the heating whilst I'm at work is fantastic (if not controversial!) If you're deciding on who to use for your job, I couldn't recommend these boys any more All the best Neal

Chris who came out to provide us with an estimate was really friendly, he kept in touch with us to let us know he would be slightly later than the original appointment time because of traffic. He talked us through all the options and listened to our requirements as we needed a full heating system that would suit us now and when our home renovations are completed. He was very knowledgeable and was able to offer some excellent ideas that we hadn't thought of in our original plans. He wasn't a pushy salesman and sold his company very well in a professional manner, we felt like we could trust him and was making the right choice going with Basi. The communication throughout was brilliant SMS texts, emails and phone calls making the whole experience hassle free. The lads Lewis and Tanny where also knowledgeable, they where really genuine, hard working guys, who took into consideration the upheaval removal of all the old pipes, radiators and boiler were going to cause. Our daughter who has Downs Syndrome was very stressed about "strangers" in her room, however this was never an issue, as they completed the work in her room whilst she was out during the day and tidied up to ensure she had a sanctuary to retreat to in the evening, they cleaned up after themselves each night before they left and on the 3rd day they explained everything to me about how to set the boiler controls and the Nest. When I got home from work that evening they had left my property spotless. I was so pleased with the experience and the customer service. I would recommend Basi to anyone what an excellent service this company really deserves a 5 star rating!! Thanks Basi and the team.

Dec 13,2016I live alone & was perfectly happy with the gents who came to undertake the work, very polite, professional & approachable they put me at ease & were very courteous, respectful & their work was impeccable. I couldn't ask for a better service, nothing was too much to ask with them, there was very little disruption & they left the house in a very clean & tidy state. I would highly recommend the company for fair prices & the workmen for the excellent work ethics.

From initial quote, which was more than 2k less than the previous one, we were impressed by the straight forward approach and professionalism. Excellent communication. The installers were not only friendly, respectful and trustworthy but Dave spent the day entertaining us with his singing........needs to improve his song choice!! I shall be highly recommending this team to anyone that will listen. Thanks guys!

Impeccable electrical work carried out by Andy every company should employ an Andy he is priceless we cant praise him enough so if you are thinking about replacing youre boiler its a must you go with basi you wont be disappointed once again a big thank you,

Really pleased with their work and professionalism, making the whole process hassle and stress free. We were delighted with the results and were given clear instructions on how everything works. Nov 18,2016We needed a new boiler, gave BASI a call they arranged for someone to call, there was no hard sell everything was explained & all my needs were met. A date was sorted for installation. We got an email a few days before detailing who was coming & pictures of the installers. The day came I got a call from the lads to say they were on their way. The went through everything & started the work, clean & tidying up afterwards . Explained the new boiler Very impressed with BASI from start to finish

Nov 16,2016I've just had a new boiler installed over the last 2 days and BASI have been amazing from start to finish. I'm a single female with no clue whatsoever about heating and after having several local plumbers round and no one wanting to do the work I decided to ask BASI. Chris came initially to do the quote, I was well informed of all the work that needed to be done, shown all the information and didn't feel pressurised into making a decision until I was ready. I decided to go ahead with the instalation and 2-3 weeks later Tanny and Lewis came to do the work. I was really pleased with the customer service ahead of the instalation especially as I was emailed with photos of the guys that would be coming so I knew it was them when they arrived. Lewis and Tanny have done an amazing job and apart from a shiny new boiler you wouldn't know they'd been here. Lewis kept me well informed of the work they'd be doing and got the job done quickly and professionally. I worked from home whilst the work was done and I quite enjoyed having them around they have a great work ethic! I'm really pleased with my decision to go with BASI it's a shame they can't do the rest of the renovations I need!! Highly recommended and already informed a friend who is looking for a new boiler.

Jan 28,2017We first used Basi to replace our old boiler and were impressed with the service, price and overall experience. Chris who came to do the assessment was fantastic and the lads that fitted the boiler were great. We then contacted Basi to fit my father-in-law a new boiler, rip out a coal fire and other bits. Chris came out again and was patient, professional and extremely helpful. The fitters, Lewis and Tanny were cracking. The work was carried out to a high standard and the after care was second to none. Because I was the point of contact, I had texts from Lewis making sure we checked the work before payment was made. Really couldn't have asked for any more. Would highly recommend Basi. From the first phone call to the fitters leaving, I can't find any fault.
