Jul 10,2016Chris who did the survey, looked round the property, asked me about the current system and then asked me what I wanted from a new boiler. He made his recommendation, I thought about it and discussed it with my partner and phoned him to accept the quote. A colleague from Basi office rang me to arrange the installation, enquire about how I wished to pay and I paid a deposit on my card. The installers arrived at the time they said they would, they were helpful suggesting I draw off some water before I started and commenced work. They were cheerful, polite and efficient. The pipework outside my property has been improved. The boiler is a similar size to my old boiler, so there is no mess. A person came round and safety checked my gas appliances after the work was completed. The boiler itself is much quieter than the old boiler and the hot water is more efficient. The service was excellent and I am very pleased with the boiler.

Jun 28,2016From initial inspection / consultation through to fitting - all exceptionally easy and ultimate professionals. Friendly with no sales talk. I had 4 quotes and BASI were very competitive on price, offering a better product than most and fit on a tight timescale. Will use again.

Jun 27,2016My wife and I have just had a new Combi boiler fitted, the installation team were fantastic, so polite and friendly. They had to remove two boilers and fit one new one. They worked hard and kept me informed of what they were doing at all times. It was a pleasure to see these guys work. There work ethics were impeccable and they cleaned up as they worked. Jun 16,2016Basi Heating fitted my new combi boiler today Thursday 16th June. Kez and Carl did a great job and they completed the job without any disruption. They were clean and tidy throughout and Kez kept me updated with the progress. I was not looking forward to having this job done but I had nothing to fear. Jun 13,2016The guys who removed my two old boilers and replaced them with a new one were amazing. Friendly and cheerful, they then repaired the holes in the wall where the old boilers had been so well you couldnt see it had been repaired. The pipework was diverted under the floorboards making it look so much neater. Everything was tidied, plastered and all rubbish removed and then all the operations of the control unit explained to me clearly. I can find absolutely no fault at all....I have been singing their praises to lots of people who hopefully will use them for their new boilers. Well done and thank you guys.

Jun 07,2016We had Lewis and Tanny from Basi Heating fit our new boiler a few months ago. Right from the off I was impressed with the company; they were straight talking and quoted what I felt was a competitive price for the job, which they were able to start just three days later. The job took two days and the workers were well-mannered, consulted us at every point of the installation and did a thoroughly professional job. There was no mess afterwards and they gave me a full talk-through of the new system. If ever I need work doing again, I will be going to Basi first.

May 27,2016From the first time I called for a quote, Basi were polite and punctual. The fitters (Lewis & Tanny) were clean and very careful in everything they did. the politeness from the pair of them was second to none. They worked well and efficiently for the 2 days they were here. The only downside I had was a chunk of plaster was knocked out from the entrance area which I am 100% sure were the electrician's as everything big had already been taken out the day before. We had a slight problem the day after (nothing to do with the work the guys had done) but a leak sprung from a disused hot water supply to the washer and flooded a cupboard. I called Lewis & Tanny (who were on their way back from Oldham, we live in Bradford) and they were there in 20 mins and sorted the leak in seconds (thanks guys). I would highly recommend Basi Heating and if your lucky you'll get Lewis & Tanny.

May 17,2016I got 3 quotes for my work (replacing boiler and adding 5 new radiators to the system), Basi Heating came in as the cheapest advising me on the various boiler options available and the work required. I was a little concerned that the great price might be reflected in the quality of the work but I could not have been more wrong. Everything went so smoothly - real pleasure to work with Lewis and Tanny who did a fantastic installation job, the new pipe work is so tidy you can hardly notice it. I was expecting some redecorating after the work was completed but they cleaned everything up so well I have n't had to touch a thing or get my hoover out :-) Very pleased with the quality of the work and would be happy to recommend them to my friends... May 14,2016Could not have been nicer or more friendlier. Two plumbers arrived on time, an electrician came later to complete the fitting followed by someone who professionally replaced some kitchen tilling. To complete the job a fourth person arrived to check out and test the installation. Even checked the gas fire in the living room and gave it a clean bill of health. All this work was done for my 86 year old farther in-law who suffers from dementia and can be very tricky at times and he was very happy. This is the second time Basi has done work for me and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Job very well done.

May 06,2016These guys certainly know their stuff! After having a few local gas fitters round to assess our needs nobody could commit to the job.... Only one fitter priced us up.... That came in almost double what I eventually paid Basi... The system needed to work a power shower , 2 combi showers and 2 baths and 19 radiators over 3 floors... We had the expertise of Chris Thornton (sales/fitter) and Stewart and Bob on the tools. It took 4 days for the guys to complete but we are ;I am in particular ) over the moon. No job is too small for these guys and they only use the best components. A++++++++ thank you Basi

Apr 26,2016we are very pleased we decided to use basi heating for a complete new gas central heating system to our all electric 3 bedroom house . when martyn wilby did the survey we could tell from his knowledge and experience , what size radiators would be needed in each room , and how it could be done ,I knew basi heating would be the best company to do it . martyn gave us a price when he had completed the survey, which was very reasonable . when lewis/tanny/alex arrived on time ,they were all fantastic they new what needed to be done and got on with it , taking care and asking with everything .they cleaned up any mess really well . they are all a credit to basi heating and would recommend them to anyone

Lewis and Tanny fitted our heating system in less time than expected and kept us fully informed of everything they were doing and why. They were not only quick and efficient but also curteous and even cleaned up after themselves! I will be recommending Basi every time.

Jul 13,2016Lewis and Tanny are excellent workmen and I would recommend the company Basi Heating and it's workforce to anyone wanting to replace their gas boiler. From the visit to quote for the work, to the start of installation every one kept me informed of the situation and what they were doing. They finished the installation and had it up and running in a day and a half, then cleaned and vacuumed. A special mention for Tanny who did a fantastic job of matching bricks and bricking up the hole left from the old boiler flue. Well done everyone involved.
