Nov 15,2021From the survey by Kultar until installation by Alex and Ethan this was a first class service for our boiler replacement. The new Vaillant boiler replacing our 20 year old one is excellent and the Nest control system that we had installed at the same time is working very well. Thanks to the Basi team.

Nov 06,2021We recently had the existing and very antiquated heating system at our home removed, and a boiler plus several radiators fitted over a period of two days. Alex, Ethan, and Jay from Basi carried out all of the work. In addition, they took time to coach the young trainee they had with them. They turned up promptly on both days, explained all aspects of the removal of the old system and installation of the new. They displayed their knowledge and expertise both when advising us, and when carrying out the work. They were at all time very professional, polite and friendly. They delivered on time and in full. Great job by the guys, and I will recommend them to family and friends.

Oct 13,2021Got bathroom installation done by Tanny. His quality of workmanship is being without an error or fault. Tanny's impeccability exceeds all expectation's. He work's his fingers to the ground. His friendliness is exquisite and exhilarating with perpetual personality whom he's willing to to go the extra mile for any customer. The bathroom he did is absolutely majestic. I would so highly recommend Basi for all Heating and Bathroom jobs without a shadow of doubt.

Sep 17,2021I had a new boiler fitted today. Basi provided an outstanding efficient service from the point of contact to the finish installation. Everyone was polite and a pleasure to deal with. The turnaround time was brilliant and I was given a quick installation date which I really appreciated. Basi engineer (Ryan) arrived on time and was polite. He did a immaculate job and cleared up afterwards. The job was completed with great satisfaction and Ryan fully explained to us how the new boiler & the wireless programmer works. Keep up the brilliant work Basi. I will definitely be recommending to others. Thank You

Sep 15,2021Received an excellent service from Basi heating to replace a boiler and remove water tanks at short notice following a leak. Fitters were very professional, efficient gave a update at every stage of the work and left the house as if they had never been. A big thank you to Ethan, Stewart, Alex and Andy for providing an excellent service.

He kept me informed of his time of arrival - so no having to hang around all day. Very pleasant and informative and the jobs completed efficiently and cleanly.

Aug 02,2021We recently had a wonderful thermal heating installation carried out by two young engineers from Basi. The experience was so good that I wanted to take some time to write a review and express the wonderful professionalism of Ethan and Alex who have the most incredible work ethic and are an absolute credit to their company. They were the most exceptional professionals we have ever had working in our home. They were not only timely but polite, hardworking and put the extra miles in to get the work done, not stopping for breaks until what they set out to do was completed for the day. I have never met two young 20 somethings which such a strong work ethic and always with a smile on their face. These two are going far and I hope that Basi credits them for their professionalism. They are 'standout'! My sister also had the work done through them and she echoes my sentiments too. I'm sure she feels compelled to write her own review. I would be more than happy asking for them again, as my sister already has, and would be happy to wait to get their expertise for future work in our home.

Jul 19,2021We had dealings with 3 different members of staff (Taj, Jamie and Kultar) and all 3 of them were incredibly pleasant and knowledgable. Taj helped us get the best price for what we were wanting and Jamie fitted our new boiler with no problems whatsoever. Jame also offered knowledge on how to get the best our of our boiler and how to change the setting etc. Count be happier with the people and the service. Thank you Basi. Will definitely be recommending to others.

May 08,2021I had an old Vokera boiler serviced recently which was basically past it and potentially dangerous, so opted to have a new Vallient 28 fitted by Basi Heating a week later. The two lads doing the removal and install, Alex and Ethan, were punctual, professional in both appearance and attitude, and very affable characters, and managed to sort out the boiler replacement plus a couple of odd jobs I'd asked for on my radiators and feeder taps within a few hours, leaving the work area spotless afterwards. With my hot water restored and a good part of the afternoon still free I couldn't have been happier with the service, and will definitely be using them again for the annual boiler service and any other future projects I might need them for.

Apr 27,2021Amazing service - from the efficient turnaround time for the survey results, quick installation date and friendly Basi engineer (Jamie). The room was left clean and tidy. You wouldn't know a new boiler had been fitted. Jamie was helpful and even contacted the electrician to confirm his arrival time so i could ensure someone would be at the property to check the re-connection of the NEST. Brilliant job Basi.

Nov 18,2021Boiler replaced by Basi Heating. Works carried out within 24hrs as agreed. Basi Engineer arrived on time and were polite and professional. Boiler install was completed within 5 hrs. Very impressed with the service they have provided. Definitely the go to Guys whether its an Emergency or planned repair.
