Jun 13,2022All aspects of dealing with this company were top notch. Kultar came out quickly and gave a really good value quote, even knocking some money off because I didn't need the wireless controller. Came and fit the new boiler just three days later which was great as the old boiler was on it's way out. The fitters (Kez and his colleague) were excellent - just could not fault their helpfulness and professionalism. Highly recommended.

Jun 11,2022We have had 2 full bathrooms installed which included building work. The work has been finished to a high standard. The main builder Peter is amazing at what he does. He took care of all the small details including protecting my carpets. The bathroom designs done by Tanny was excellent. Overall a brilliant experience. The team can be trusted and i left the house to them. Overall a very happy customers.

Jun 02,2022Just had an air source heat pump and heat battery set up installed. The work was carried out in a friendly timely manner by Alex and Ethan, along with the rest of the team with constant cleaning up leaving the job nice and tidy. All working well, we would gladly welcome them back for other work.

Apr 30,2022Had two bathrooms done, both bathroom engineers Dani an Emil were fantastic in their approach an craftmanship, and a definite asset to the company. All work was carried out with precision and quality thoughout. Both gentleman were fatastically approachable and very respectable towards the house an family, all precautions were taken to keep the house tidy during an after the job was completed. Absoloutley delighted that there are engineers an companies still out there who take so much pride in the work they do. The communication was fantastic from start to finish. Credit to them, both bathrooms turned out fantastic, worth every penny. It was a absolute pleasure having them work at the house, and would not hesitate in recommending Dani, Emil an Basi to anyone.. Thank you once again for the work.

Apr 02,2022From initial survey to installation a great service. Onetime, clean, tidy & great value. Kultar carried the survey of replacing 5 new radiators plus 3 designers radiators installed within 2 weeks. Ethan & Marcian carried out the install, very professional, got on with the job no time wasting, worked solid. Left the house clean/ tidy and made sure we were 100% happy before hand over.

Mar 17,2022We used BASI Heating to convert our domestic set-up from a gravity fed (open vent) hot water cylinder fed from a tank in the loft to a new pressurised (unvented) 250L hot water cylinder and system boiler installed in the garage. Alex and Ethan carried out the installation over two days in the middle of January. I honestly cannot rate their work, attitude and expertise highly enough. The guys turned up on time and immediately got to work dropping our existing pipework straight into the garage for minimal disruption. Marten also did a great job taking up a section of our kitchen floor to fit a speedfit pipe for mains supply to the cylinder and then making the floor good. Throughout the install Alex and Ethan were so polite, cheerful and respectful. They sheeted up everywhere they worked, kept everything neat and tidy and removed waste and all of the old installation. We were kept up-to-date on progress throughout the job. Their professionalism and enthusiasm was outstanding. After the install was complete Alex went through the installation in detail, explaining how the system worked in full and answered all the questions we had. As part of the same job we had a Nest thermostat, Surestop Stopcock and TRVs installed on all our rads. Thank you to Harminder for the comprehensive survey and thank you in particular the A-Team Alex and Ethan.

Mar 15,2022Ethan, Connor and Simon installed my gas boiler today (15/3/2022) plus thermostats, and extensive flue work. Extremely great work ethic demonstrated by all three engineers and very polite with it. They kept me informed on how things were going through the day (and even tidied up after). Very happy customer! Also just to add that the customer experience with Basi (from initial contact to installation) has been very professional and efficient. Really nice company! well done all C

Feb 24,2022Absolutely delighted with the new boiler and need to state how brilliant the installation team of Alex, Ethan and Callum were in ensuring they thoroughly sheeted up, kept everywhere tidy and removed all of the waste. They did a great job, even going the extra mile to resolve pre-existing issues and provided clear advice and guidance on the new system....all with huge smiles on their faces throughout. We would highly recommended Basi as everything from the initial survey visit, installation and aftercare follow up have been tremendous. Thank you.

Feb 15,2022I had 3 young men come and install a new boiler in my house last week - Alex, Ethan and Anthony. All 3 were friendly and polite with Alex in particular making sure I understood the new boiler and thermostat and going above and beyond as I had a timid dog in my care at the time. They did the job very well, clearing away their mess at the end. Thankyou lads.

Louis was very professional at all times he was very respectful of our property and the people in it. He kept his work area very tidy cleaning as he worked.he was very efficient in his job and seemed to really enjoy his work. He was very friendly at all times. After the installation he showed us how everything worked and the recommended settings. Absolute pleasure having him work in our house, would highly recommend him and basi to others. Lewis & Connor arrived on time and immediately started work and never stopped all day until completion. Neat and tidy workers , very polite and explained how to use the timers before leaving. Excellent service and highly recommend.

Jun 16,2022I've just had an air heat-pump fitted in my semi-detached Victorian house, these are very large items to install and in my case the components needed to be contained in a small space! Alex and his team managed to do this challenging work with a really friendly and positive approach, they were actually a pleasure to have around and I have no hesitation in recommending them to others considering a similar installation.
