Well what can I say, Ricky Rose, was the best... from start to finish his attention to detail, experience and professionalism was next to none. He made me and my family feel completely at ease, and made the whole experience of purchasing a car enjoyable. He has such a friendly manner and nothing was too much for him, he certainly exceeded my expectations.
Took my car in for service and was impressed by the prompt, efficient and friendly manner in which Mark Knight handled everything.
Used a technicality to get out of warranty. Not helpful at all. Be wary if you have had your car serviced by other companies. They will check from the very first service the car has ever had!
Purchased a secondhand Volvo V90 B4D4 from Bells, Bedford a few days ago. Sales executive Martin Peasland dealt with me, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience. Easy procedure the whole way through from booking in online through to departure, Mark on reception was very accommodating making tea and coffee facilities available along with a "while you wait" work space, easy guide to what had been done and what was required and even cleaned my vehicle before I left
Bells were excellent and in particular, Callum Coles. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and made the process of buying a car so easy.
Upon walking in to Volvo, we were ignored by all the car sales people - this often happens when you’re a young couple who don’t look like they’re going to purchase something of a high value (very frustrating as this should never be the case!!) However, Callum Coles spotted us when he came off the phone and came straight over to see if we needed any help, he was brilliant from start to finish and really helpful seeing as we both had babies! Not like a typical car salesman, he was genuinely interested in us, our new baby and football with my husband of course! We’ve now purchased a new XC40 and love it, thanks again for all your help.
I was amazed by the gold standard service received. Linda Kirtley was very helpful and absolutely incredible from the initial telephone call and when I got to the premises she provided the best customer service ever!! She really took care of me and as a teacher she ensured that I was booked into a meeting room for my lesson to run smoothly online. She kept me up to date throughout and also provided me brilliant information which will help me financially for the next service. Overall, I am very, very satisfied customer the car is also running great thank you to the great technicians who have taken care of my car in the past 5 years! I can't thank you enough! Service on Kia all went smoothly. Georgia sorted out the query over the wear on handles during that time. Glad I queried paying for service though as invoice was prepared and I had taken out a service plan.

Picked up my XC60 on Thursday from Bells Northampton branch having travelled from Wiltshire. after negotiating with Callum McGuinn and getting a great deal from him on the car and my PX the service me and my wife received when we arrived was excellent another member of staff got us a coffee while we waited for Callum to bring the car down Callum then went through all the controls and set my phone up with the car and the app and completed all the paperwork for me. It was a very pleasing experience well done Bells and well done Callum I know who will be at the top of my list for my next Volvo

Feb 01,2024Very welcoming when we arrived. Paperwork for service instantly available. The whole process was quick and efficient. The receptionist we dealt with Georgia Cooper gave us a time to return to our vehicle. However prior to the stated time Georgia phoned to let us know the car was available to pick up. On arrival back at the showroom we were given our keys and relevant paperwork in a seamless manner. Overall very impressed, minimum time spent in handovers and Georgia personally was friendly, knowledgeable and made the whole experience very pleasant. Also liked to thank you for the video and informative information given by your technician.
