Picked up my Volvo V90 on the 5th of February, handover was really simple with Callum Coles taking care of everything which made life easy, had one small problem with the vehicle which was rectified immediately. Great price and no pressure selling which makes for a nice experience.
I recently purchased a nearly new V90 Recharge from Bells Volvo. Callum Coles looked after me and was excellent throughout the process. After my initial enquiry Callum quickly arranged a test drive and was more than happy for me to go out in the car alone and spend as much time with the car as I needed to. I noticed a few, what could be considered "minor" issues with the car, but Callum was very attentive and was keen that everything was put right on the car. Bells managed to do a fantastic discount on the car as well as offering me the best part exchange number for my V60 - it really was a great deal. Once we had shaken hands on a deal Callum had all the paperwork uploaded into their electronic portal before the end of the day. It was very easy to sign / upload the required documents into the system. Having everything in electronic form makes documents much easier to exchange, share and archive. Callum handled everything quickly and efficiently on handover day but wouldn't let me leave until I was 100% happy with the car. Nothing was too much trouble. He was out with his polishing cloth removing any excess polish marks and he even made sure the car was fully charged. A very pleasant and easy car buying experience. Having had a disappointing, verging on rude, response from the Kia franchise in Warwick I rang Bell's in the hope that they could help me. The issue was a missing locking wheel nut key - missing as it wasn't put in the car when I bought it a year ago. From the moment he answered the phone Chris couldn't have been more helpful. It was a very simple process (for me anyway) to get a replacement and I picked the key up two days later. Again Chris made this process very easy, confirming that he had got it and letting me know where exactly to go when I arrived at Bells. Good customer service costs nothing but is so important and Chris is a brilliant example of how to look after customers.
Bought a nearly new car from Bells Kia Northampton and it was an entirely easy and refreshingly unpressurised experience. Gary, our sales exec, was welcoming and knowledgeable and arranged an immediate test drive. He was able to answer all our questions about the car on the spot (there were many - the Kia has a lot of tech and options!), save one to which he immediately went off to find the answer. All the admin was completed efficiently and swiftly. A completely positive experience.

Myself and Hudband went to enqire about a Mobility Car. We ended up at Bells motor group. As we walked in a Guy asked if he could help, we learnt his name was Aron. We explained what we wanted and he went through all the options with us, he took us outside to show us one of the cars thst we had chosen. He was very respectful and polite from walking in the showroom right through to picking the car up today 23/02/24. He even went through all the stuff on the car again today on picking our csr up, he told is anything at all just to give him a ring. There should be more people like Aron when going to find out about a Mobility vehicle, he was certainly full of all the information needed and very helpful
I cannot express how good the service department is in this dealership. I have numerous cars to look after of varying manufacturers. So i deal with car dealerships on a regular basis. Never have i known it for a dealership to be as responsive and empathetic than Bells of Northampton. I generally would need to chase a dealership to book, get a progress update on and receive an invoice, even the high end, dare i say it, German car manufacturers, are extremely poor at this. Bells Northampton restore my faith in the motor trade as they just excel at looking after their customers. Amy, Taylor, Adele and Banita, keep doing what your doing your a credit to Bells Northampton. Your service skills put other dealerships to shame.
Excellent experience and service as usual from Bells Kia. I had a minor issue which was covered under warranty. The reception and admin team guided me through the process and it was fixed without any issue. I also purchased my car here and go annual service. Great service and aftercare would highly recommend
