I’ve taken delivery of my V90 Cross Country today, purchased from Andrew at Bells Volvo Northampton. The car was well priced, the whole process was made really straight forward, and the car was delivered to my door. This is the best customer service that I’ve experienced whilst purchasing a car.
They are always helpful & polite nothing is to much trouble.
Brought first car from kia, was a very smooth easy purchase thanks to James. Answered any question we had, and made paper work feel very effortless. Would definitely recommend them, but need to practice on cleaning cars inside as found cobwebs in the back and was still a little dusty.

I recently purchased a new car from Bells Kia, Bedford. When I initially arrived I was just looking at options. I was seen by Aaron who showed me some options and was very understanding when I explained I was just looking for the time being. With my permission, Aaron contacted me a couple of months later to see how my search was going. He soon found a car that met my requirements and handled the whole process extremely well and efficiently. When the purchase was complete, he took the time to talk me through the finer details of the car and checked in after a few days. I would recommend Bells and would like to thank Aaron for all his help.

I attended Bells Kia in order to buy my Kia Niro. I was in contact with Aaron during the process. Aaron was brilliant. I emailed the evening before to ask for a test drive and Aaron got back to me the following morning. Because of that I was able to get a test drive and I liked the car. Aaron was really good at explaining clearly about the sale and was very freindly and helpful throughout the time I was purchasing my car. He was very good at going through the controls of the car. My experience with Aaron was a very positive one. I would happily recommend him and Bells Kia if anyone wishes to purchase a Kia.
The ordering and collection of a new car was pleasantly straightforward. Aaron Cottrell was helpful and supportive throughout and clearly knowledgeable about the car I had selected. Excellent service by Bells of Bedford, Mark Knight sorted out the paperwork for me. Efficiently taking me through my service requirements. Work was completed by the time agreed, except for a slight hic-cup on cleaning. Mark resolved this and provided an excellent cup of coffee to have in short wait for my vehicle. Taken through and explained the service paper-work all satisfactory.
