Fantastic service from the moment I walked through the door. James Gibb was the representative who served me and excellent from start to finish. Answered all of my questions and helped me find the perfect car for me. Highly recommend anyone to buy a car from here!

Just wanted to say what great service and customer experience they give at Bells Kia Northampton. We popped in yesterday to look at Sportage's, initially we looked at several that ended up being out of our price range, and they didn't have a suitable one we liked in stock...but Jack ended up sourcing one that met our price point with the spec we wanted. From the moment we walked in, friendly, happy, patient staff that genuinely want to help you get the right car......can't wait till we can pick it up, thanks all, you are doing a fab job

We have just collected our first Kia from Luke Burdett at Bells Motors Bedford. Luke made the process easy from start to finish. He explained all features of the car on hand over. He kept us informed on delivery dates and was extremely helpful and friendly, would not hesitate to recommend to friends and family

After looking for some time I eventually found a used Kia Ceed at Bells and travelled an hour and a half to get it. It feels like a well run friendly showroom. Jinal provided a perfect service and was a pleasure to deal with throughout the process.

Bought a kia niro march 2023.had issue with tpms and brake squeal. First occasion they topped up air which is not the answer the brake squeal they said they couldn't find.told it had been road tested 4 times it hadn't.told by the service manager the brakes maybe glazed.took car for first service with same brake squeal now having to pay £72 to have them cleaned.today the tpms light came on again same fault and a reverse gear clunk and reported it now they want another £72 if they can't find fault.so much for 7year warranty no confidence in this garage.now awaiting the normal response the service manager will be in touch which he never does
