Just purchased my first Kia. Jack went above and beyond expectations by staying late to order my vehicle after allowing me to test drive it just before closing time. I have always had great service at Bells Kia Bedford. Georgia Coles in the Service dept is always efficient and responsive, she is an asset to the team. She is always friendly and kind.
Can't fault Bell's of Bedford, from parts to service always 5* treatment. Georgia Coles always takes a personal interest and effort to make sure I am ok and that I am accommodated with my requests, on loan car model, any faults on my car to be looked at are listed, call backs, service call reminders etc.etc. Customer service is 6* (yes that's right 6*).
Gary dealt with our purchase of a new Kia Picanto. Great service and gave us all the information needed and went through all steps. Great customer service, friendly and welcoming. Definitely a place to go if you are looking for a new KIA.

We contacted Bells Kia Northampton regarding a motability vehicle. From the first conversation with Jack the service was fantastic. Jack guided us through every step and kept in regular contact with updates, even if it was just to say no news yet. On the day of collection Jack arranged for us to be collected and taken to the dealership. The handover was great and not rushed. We love our new Kia. Ryan Carpenter who is a trainee at Bells Motors was thrown into the deep end when he had to do-a handover of my car, he had not done this before in his training so it was somewhat daunting for him. He was very efficient and remained very calm and ended up doing a very proficient job. His colleague Dan checked everything and all went very smoothly. Ryan is a very pleasant and helpful young man. I expect very good things for him in his future with Bells Motors Northampton.
