Had my Kia booked in for a 1st service , was told it would take 1 and half hours max. 3 and a half hours later and the car was ready. Service reminder still on and not reset, get home and the engine cover is loose on top of the engine , forgot to secure it. Will never use this dealership again, would rather travel to another dealership.

Excellent service from Bells Kia Bedford as usual. I have been using Bells for some years now and every staff member is courteous and polite. Everything is carefully explained to you and nothing is too much trouble for them. Georgia Coles was my main contact during my recent visit and she was very friendly and professional. Would recommend Bells and will be using them again when it comes to changing my car later in the year.
