Both my father & I have been using Bells Volvo for both servicing & buying cars for years. This visit was for a regular service & was helped by Mark Knight. He knew my time was limited but still managed to arrange for my MOT to be completed during this same appointment. From booking to completion of works, his friendly, polite & professional manner is a credit to him. We will continue to use Bells Volvo in the future.
We have dealt with Bells Volvo for many years, and are on our third car from them. Today they fitted ours in for fault investigation (caused by a third party) with less than 24hr notice as we go away tomorrow. Typical of their good service.
I went with a friend to the Southend Kia showroom as they were interested in the new Kia sportsge and so we took it out for a test drive I was really impressed not only with the car but also with the sales executive Derek. When I got back home I visited the Bedford Kia Showroom where I met Sales executive Jade. At the time I had a dilemma because realistically, the sport was too big and then Jade mentioned the new Nito At no time, did I feel pressured in anyway into buying a car? It didn’t matter how many times I contacted her asked questions Jade was always there for me. Having just bought a 1995 t-5r requiring a recommission using all Volvo parts, Luke Richards in the parts department was 'top man'. Nothing was too much trouble. A full list was compiled and he managed to locate all parts required, including the more rare items located at the 'Classic Warehouse' Communication was excellent and the work is now complete Thanks for a great service.
